There aren't enough great things I can say about TrainP3! I came to Nerijus about two years ago after a bad rotator cuff injury left me with a lot of pain and muscle imbalance. With the utmost patience, intelligence, and encouragement, he worked with me through my recovery and helped me to identify areas of weakness that contributed to my injury in the first place. Since then, he's helped me to become a more powerful athlete in so many areas. Each time we train, I feel myself become more agile, mobile, flexible, and strong, doing things I never imagined myself being able to do. Train P3 is probably the most effective overall training possible. Too many training programs and trainers are overly focused on a specific area - just too get big, or just to lose fat, or just to get a nicer butt...whatever. Nerijus has designed a program that will give it all - strength, flexibility, power, and explosiveness. You'll build muscle AND burn fat. I can't explain how much I learned from Nerijus. He is one of the most knowledgable and well-rounded trainers on the planet, and I'm not exaggerating. Not to mention being a great, inspirational coach, both as a person and as an example of what the training can do to your body. The guy is jacked beyond jacked (google Nerijus Bagdonas images). And yet he is more flexible than many yogis, and can jump higher than most athletes. Like I've said, it's the complete package. The training is difficult, but that just means it is not for the weak of heart. Weak body/lungs, no problem - he will adapt the exercises for all levels. I have been training with Nerijus using the Train P3 method for a year. In that time I have noticed some incredible changes in my strength, flexiblity and overall athleticism. I have been doing yoga for many years and although that has served me well, I was definitely lacking in certain aspects of my workout. Nerijus helped me to complement my yoga practice through his series, and actually improve it. His approach to fitness is not your average .. I first attended a Train P3 group session in Central Park in October 2013. I have been hooked on this program ever since. Nerijus, the head coach, is great at breaking down each exercise and showing how to hold the correct form in order to work the targeted muscles. He is encouraging and pushes you to push yourself. Train P3 focuses on Performance, Power, and Physique. I know that I have improved in all 3 of these areas since working with Nerijus on a regular basis. I can feel the difference in my body if I have to miss a few sessions, so I make sure to come back! One of the "rules" of Train P3 is to "make sure that you have fun". I started working with Nerijus before I even touched down in the US! My company brought him in to help employees with their health & fitness whilst I was still in the UK. Ok, so let me just start off by saying that I am a boxing trainer and that I know a lot of different trainers. Nerijus Bagdonas is by far the best overall trainer that I know. I highly recommend TrainP3. Not only is Nerijus an expert in movement; his training sessions are extremely fun, profesional and effective. Just hit my one year anniversary with Train P3. Great class for someone looking to add to their weekly work-out schedule to get better results. Should be relatively fit, but as long as you are willing to put in the effort it accommodates all levels. Nerijus is ridiculously nice as well as the best trainer I have ever worked with. Nerijus Bagdonas somehow manages to get you to work as hard as possible without yelling or degrading you. There are so many bootcamps that resort to these types of antics and he feels zero need to do that. You are in a safe environment around nice people who are all playing off each others strengths.
