And whatever you do don't forget to take a picture of your art work before you go. If you don't, they will have no way to figure out if it's finished. They won't call to tell you it is finished. And if you don't go get it within 30 days it will be destroyed. Their system is very archaic and dysfunctional. They don't tell you that you have to take a picture, you're somehow just supposed to know this. Also, expect to spend at least $75-$100, which I think is very over priced. Just go somewhere else instead.

There is a center chicken lane that all of the other stores empties out of and sometimes you have to wait quite a while before you can maneuver your way outta there. They were knowledgeable, engaging, and easy to talk to. I especially loved creating my own terrarium, and it was reasonably priced--I'm 100% pleased with how it turned out. I made it with air plants, pebbles, and a charming little turtle. Every time I look at it, it gives me a calming vibe. Most years I'll go to Walmart for this stuff or Target and buy a bunch of stuff from the travel size bins. This year however I've decided I'm going to change up and try this place out. Some of the items that I will pack into these boxes are pencils, notebooks, chap sticks, nail clippers, tampons, sunglasses, crayons, etc. I was able to pick many of these items up for just under a buck or two. Plus I saw some more items here such as slippers and fuzzy socks that I think will also go great in these boxes. I didn't need any help shopping on my trip here but I was approached by a sales associates offering to help me find stuff which I appreciated. The items were very colorful and unique. All of their items are microwave, dishwasher and oven safe so there is no need to worry about care and function. The staff was a little offish, but they were diligently cleaning the buggies and keeping things organizes and ready to roll. If this is the direction of the future of Joann's, then definitely don't count them out yet. I know I had, and yet, this location as given a competitive edge to a crafting store that I thought was fading out of existence. What a pleasant surprise!
