Yes, Virginia: it IS another link in a liquor store chain. As a chain, it has much better pricing and variety than a lot of other liquor stores, of which there are legion in Daytona Beach and its environs. I came in looking for a nice celebratory champagne and cigar for my fiancé. They were more than helpful, Angel was more versed on cigars and made sure we picked one that would suit my fiancé and it was reasonably priced. The gentleman was well versed on champagne and we selected a Moët as Vueve was not in stock. I have always preferred total wine but they have just won a new customer.
