[[HIGHLIGHT]]What a nice place![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I found this spot on a whim as I am not in that area much. The owner was so gracious and the coffee was tasty!! It looks like they have great food options and all the coffee and tea combos you could think of. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Alot of seating, Games to play,a "take one bring one" Book library and a Table to reserve if you need a work area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Easily the best coffee shop in the area! The owner Courtney is a lovely person who makes you feel welcome every day and is very skilled in making authentic Italian espresso drinks (not too over-milked or over sugared). The coffee is fresh roasted and delicious. There is cozy seating and nice music. Also locally made pastries and yummy panini for lunch (try the kale basil pesto). Oh yeah ice cream too! It's the perfect place to chill for a bit, work if needed (yes there's wifi), or just grab a drink and go. A blessing for the community!

Walking in I was in awe of how the place looked, with the cute tables and bookshelf with games to play to the cute comfy corner with the couches. I was greeted by Courtney the owner and she was very kind and sweet, explained the lattes she had and I decided to do with the Buttercup Café Latte with butterscotch, caramel, and hazelnut. The prices of coffee are very fair especially with it being a local shop. Besides the amazing coffee, they do serve food with their bakery items and sandwiches and most importantly they have ice cream! I can say I will be coming here again and this will be my new favorite café.

Coffee and service are great, but unfortunately, the hours are inconvenient for grabbing coffee during the morning commute.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a man that I presume was the manager or owner, who was wiping down the tops of the counters. We immediately started chatting while I looked over the menu. I originally came to pick up a bag for the Too Good To Go app, but decided to snag a salad and drink also. The same manager or owner was very chatty, I saw him cracking jokes either employees, and helping the cooks along with making my meal. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad and holy.moly. FRESH romaine lettuce, sliced tomato, cukes, and some great chicken, was enough for me to make two smaller salad (see pic)s. Everything was tasty, including the ranch, and the buffalo was the perfect blend of heat but not so hot it's unpleasant/numbs your face (If anyone knows what buffalo sauce they use - let a lady know!! ) Then, as I walked out, a man who I chatted with a moment, was cleaning and stopped just to wish me a great day. I was literally just laid off yesterday, so he'll probably never know how much it meant to hear today. 10/10 recommend Jersey's and I will be back! Ps - When I first got home I took a couple of bites of the cheese and jalapeño and chef's kiss - the bagel was absolute perfection. Highly recommend.

This place is just about the bagel, no sit down or fancy coffee, the bagels are the star of the show! when I arrived, the line was to the door, but things moved rather quickly. I ordered a half a dozen bagels, which were still warm and a container of cream cheese. Staff were friendly and very efficient. I would certainly recommend NY Bagel if you're looking for something more authentic!

I am more familiar with the New York Bagel in Ferndale and used to frequent that location several times a week while I worked in the neighborhood. I was surprised by the smaller footprint here. While it seems the same variety of bagels is carried at both locations, I'm not certain if the bagels are made here, as they were at the Ferndale location. Did I miss it because I was busy checking out the various cream cheeses? Or too busy trying to get out of other people's way? As I mentioned, it is a much smaller shop. I had the sesame bagel, which was a bit more dense than I remember. This could be because it was later in the day, and bagels have a short shelf life. Service was fine.

Nice bagel/sandwich shop, but definitely not as inexpensive as you might assume…read more Don't get me wrong- this is a nice bagel shop, especially for the mall. They're definitely doing something right. The bagels are incredibly fresh and obviously baked daily, plus the breakfast sandwiches are delicious, as well as their freshly baked cookies. It's obvious some TLC has gone into the mix here. If you expect stale bagels and a commercialized taste, you might be in for a surprise. The food is fresh. I don't think the staff would let a stale bagel leave in a customer's hands. No joke. The only problem is the price. I get that everything is fresh. Shouldn't every bagel shop be selling only the freshest of fresh goodies? I think so. The prices here at Bagel Brothers are a tad high, especially on the baked goods and treats, like cookies, muffins, biscotti, etc. Most of the baked goods are in the $9 price range. I think paying that much for a cookie, as good as it is, is a bit excessive. It's not made of gold. The bagel sandwiches are a bit higher than most of the competition, too, but I don't believe they're as out of line in price as the sweets are. It's just a little bit steep, especially for the area. Located in the former Cinnabon location at GVC, Bagel Brothers opened this year and since then, I have enjoyed their bagels and cookies a few times now. I was actually pretty excited to try it, but not so excited about their prices. Again, considering the area and the competition, it's a little high, but the quality is certainly there. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate muffins and their fresh bagels, which come in a variety of flavors, including pumpernickel, whole wheat and sun dried tomato (my personal favorite). Personally, I think the Lox bagel, with salmon and sprinkled with capers, is the best bet. I think it was about $7. Most of the loaded bagel sandwiches are in the $6-$8 range. Regular toasted bagels with cream cheese are a little over $2 (gourmet cream cheeses are extra, but the regular cream cheese suffices). If you want to spring for the gourmet cream cheese, get the dill. It's worth the extra money. They also have a large selection of sandwich wraps, as well as soups. I haven't tried the soup yet, but the broccoli and cheese looked pretty good. So far, service has been fine, but nothing out of the ordinary either way. The location is great, right on the first floor and away from the food court upstairs, which is occasionally a zoo. There is some seating out front, so you don't need to feel as if you're compelled to plop down on a bench in the middle of the mall to wolf down your bagel sandwich in a New York minute. I think they have a great product, but I don't know if everyone would be willing to spend that much for a few bagels and cookies or a muffin. Just saying. Honestly, it doesn't really bother me that much and I'm willing to spend a little more for the quality, but I'm not certain everyone would feel the same way. Like I said, excellent quality, but slightly exaggerated prices. Overall, I think it's worth it.

I came in ordered right away and had to wait about ten minutes while there was still a small line waiting for their order. If I had to come back, I recommend putting an app or online order and giving yourself at least 15 minutes for pick up. This place was moderately busy and had to wait quite a bit. The layout is a bit awkward they only have window seating which is another reason I would just pick up your order and go, not a lot of room to eat inside. Also as soon as you walk in you hit the pick up window and have to make your way through a bunch of people before getting to the ordering line. Being from NY, I had to try their Reuben called a Rick's Reuben on a Black Russian bagel which is like a rye pumpernickel bagel. The bagel was solid the sandwich is just ok for 13-14 dollars only put in one slice of corn beef, the maize n blue deli across the street offers better sandwiches at a better value. I would come back for their bagel and cream cheeses, but avoid ordering in house and pass on their deli sandwiches
