Great vibe on a Sunday evening! Service was quick, food was good! This is right in middle of Wixom downtown. Next to the railroad crossing traffic light now. At Wixom Station!! ** Kids eat free on Sundays!**

The place was interesting as they have things on all the walls to look at. The food and service was good.

All aboard ! Seriously cute trendy but casual steakhouse with flair. Lots of dishes from salads to burgers to steak and seafood all without the high steakhouse prices. Fresh made salads (no bag salad here) and serious flavor bomb food. We had lobster ravioli and Florentine penne Alfredo with chicken. High marks for fast and attentive service, piping hot food and generous portions. Outdoor seating available. Don't be afraid to travel to this downtown Wixom restaurant ! We live and hour and a half away but are making plans to return !

Service is anything but paramount at this restaurant. Fish and chips were decent, but the grease needs changing. Restaurant needs a deep clean. First visit was a couple of months ago and was decent, so I stopped a second time. There will not be a third. Sorry to say this visit sucked royal. Hostess was full of "My bad excuses" and the server was a complete moron.

I was a bit alarmed by the downward trend of the reviews from 2016 to the present. None the less, my wife & I had a great meal at Wixom Station. The dinner portions were generous. My wife had the fish & and chips. I ordered the fried shrimp with onion rings. Wow! The fish, shrimp & onion rings are not from a box but hand battered. Really large shrimp & onion rings. I was halfway through the meal when it dawned on me to take these pictures. My wife is a slower eater, so you can see her fish fillets .She likes onion rings, too). Both meals were tasty. I will be back the next time I'm in the Wixom area.

BARTENDER MADE MY WHOLE WEEK. Ordered four drinks between myself and my partner and we had an awesome time! The chicken tenders and onion rings were perfect, and the ranch was even better.

First time here and had a mixed experience. Here is how it breaks down: The not so great: - the music was pretty loud for 4pm (I am hard of hearing and to me, it sounded like the music volume was turned up and down the entire time we were there) - a sign letting us know to be nice to the staff that did show up (getting tired of this) because (see next) - slow service from server despite it being early and only two other tables filled. After our food was served, we never saw server again until we were done eating - glad our order was correct but I could have used more ketchup for fries. A quick check in would have been appreciated. - sadly, our server was having somebody new shadow her so this new employee may probably learn bad service too - tilapia Diane had little sauce on it (why be so skimpy on the artichokes, capers and sundries tomatoes - each piece of fish had 1 caper, 1 sliced artichoke quarter and maybe one sundried tomato). Went well: - food was piping hot when it arrived - hubby loved his burger, said it rivaled pub burgers (the bacon on the burger looked crispy and lettuce was very fresh) - onion rings were massive and did not appear to be frozen - a very generous amount of tilapia on Tilapia Diane dinner - clean restrooms We will be back and if the next experience is better, I will update my review

Stumbled upon this place by accident. To my surprise, the food was very decent. Large portions and very versatile menu. Dishes that we ordered tasted great. Service was fast and pleasant. Ambience could be better. Otherwise, great value meal and would definitely recommend.

Popped in with my sis for a bite after the Sip 'n Stroll event. Like so many places, Wixom Station is hurting for help, but we understand and acknowledge dining out may require a bit more patience right now. We decided on a few appetizers, and started with the tomato soup, which was yummy. The bread sticks were warm and fresh. Eventually more event patrons came in and our server grew more frazzled, but we were pleasant and supportive - and patient - and soon had her laughing and relaxing when it was clear we weren't going to throw food or insults at her. We ordered the mushroom quesadilla to share, which we both enjoyed. The booth we were in was cozy, but the seats were uncomfortable. My sister won a gift certificate in the drawing that night. We were planning to go back to try some other menu items, and now we have even more incentive. May opt for a table rather than a booth, though

    Great French fries!

Food is always fantastic. I only wish they would not have clam chowder so often as a soup of the day.

Recommend from SpringHill Suites. Alex was a great bartender, and the dirty martini was needed. I got the chicken piccata as a take-out.

We had started off with a mixed board charcuterie board which held an assortment of different cheeses, meats, breads, and veggies. This board was underwhelming; for $20, it felt poor quality-wise. The breads felt stale, and the vegetables were sad and tasted horrible. Putting aside the negative comments and the absolutely blazing campfire behind my seat, my service was amazing. We had Rayna Rose serve us, and she was so kind, friendly, and beautiful. She showed professionalism while providing a comforting tone and attitude to the total environment. While observing her with other tables, I saw that she not only treated everyone with the same kindness and respect but really put her best effort into her work and service. After around 30 minutes of waiting, our entrées came out. I ordered their signature Oak burger, and my sister ordered the sirloin entrée. My burger came out with soggy buns, stale fries that weren't crispy, and ketchup that was average. My sister's sirloin was bland, dry, and the balsamic glaze made the overall dish sour, and not in a good way. We were able to finish the soggy burger as a team, but the sirloin was unbearable. Overall, I give this place a 5/10.

They use very tacky fluorescent lit lamps instead of candles at each table which doesn't match the warm lighting throughout the rest of the establishment. This took some getting used to but was not a huge issue. I started with a glass of wine and shrimp cocktail. The large shrimp were about as fresh as you can expect in Michigan and quite good but the house made cocktail sauce was underwhelming and closer to ketchup than a true cocktail sauce with horseradish. I ordered a bowl of mushroom bisque next. While the mushroom bisque had a good flavor, it was overly salty and I had to ask for bread to go along with it. I also needed to drink multiple glasses of water just to finish this soup due to the salt content. My wife had the French onion soup which tasted great but the gruyere cheese was done more than heavily on top. Next I had the Caesar Salad. This had a good tasting Caesar dressing and there was a perfect amount of dressing on each bite. The croutons were excellent but was disappointed with only one and a half small pieces of anchovy on the salad since it was advertised to have it on the menu. The parmesan crisp looked nice on the side but was very stale. So far I was not very impressed, especially for the price, but the Pan-Seared Sea Bass entree completely changed my experience here. The sea bass was cooked perfectly, flaked nicely, and melted like butter in each bite while still maintaining a subtle crisp from the outside sear. The lime artichoke glaze on the sea bass was excellent and the fish paired nicely with the cilantro lime rice and wild mushroom medly. Not pictured is the giant slice of carrot cake we ordered to go that my wife and I very much enjoyed. Our waitress Leya M made the experience great and her service was exceptional, which made up for the coldness of the hostess when we arrived and the host when we left. Overall I could see myself dining here again in the future if staying at the hotel for a special occasion. I would recommend this restaurant, specifically for the sea bass.
