He over heard the type of humidor I was looking for, which I did not see on display, and he proceeded to open up boxes so I could see the new ones that just came in! They don't greet you when entering the shop, and make you feel like an inconvenience coming in to buy something from them. They don't want to help look for a vape, and when you ask them about a specific flavor or what they have in stock specifically, they act like I'm asking them to do something outrageous. I've gone here multiple times and have only had 1 good experience from one of the other gentlemen working here but every other time was a horrible experience. This one stands out because the area is growing and they are in the same parking lot as Dunkin Donuts and Filibertos. They have a variety of the skinny incense which was a plus as these are hard to find. On top of that I'm a weekly customer who's been shopping here since 2019. My fogger apparently burnt out on the charger and I informed Sebastian about it and he said to bad. It half smoked. You call this half smoked? Wouldn't even work with me. Each time I come in and he is working I get the worst experience and customer service. I hope he doesn't treat the rest of the customers this way. As long as I see him I won't be coming in anymore. Crazy.
