And honestly depending on who makes it half the time it's not right anyway so you're paying for something that you have to throw away but you'd rather not complain. But now today was just the icing on the cake. What I didn't like was the service. The lady taking our order haphazardly tossed my kids muffins on the counter and was cold and short with me on my coffee order. She didn't tell me where I could pick up my order and she didn't call it out when it was ready. I was trying to tend to my kids so it would have been nice to know what to do. Eventually I checked what was the likely pick up area and a to go box was there. I wasn't sure if it was mine so I asked the lady making espressos if it was a bean burrito.
