I then brought my truck in with a crank no start issue, the whole time it was there I was never contacted for updates or anything. I had to personally call and request them to update me. And every time it was a lack luster "we haven't learned anything new" fast forward 4 months, yes 4 whole months they finally found out it was simply a camshaft position sensor. You'd think a shop with licensed technicians they wouldn't have taken 4 months to figure that out AND charge me an outrages 1400$ at the end of that horrible customer service and horrible work. Not to mention the mud guard and fender flare was just tossed in my bed and many other parts to include my ficm were not installed correctly and missing all mounting hardware. If you value your vehicle or trailer NEVER bring it to this joke of a job with the joke of staff they have working there.

Best customer service ever!…read more It doesn't get any better than this. Driving my truck and 28 foot trailer on a move from Dallas, Texas to McLean Virginia I got a double blowout on I40. I checked for trailer dealwrs in the area and found Middle Tennessee Trailer, on a Saturday, 7 minutes before closing, 47 miles away. I took a shot, I called, told the owner my sob story and he agreed to stay open to wait for me. Did I mention it was Labor Day weekend? I drove as fast as I could and got there by 1:00. The owner and two helpers were there, tires ready, with the correct pressure all ready to go. They even helped load all four tires in my truck!!! Before I left they told me what size tire iron to buy, they ran out and where to get a good deal on a jack. Now I'm not sure they will stay late every long weekend, postponing the family BBQ but they did for me and I truly appreciate it!!! And they sold me four tires on rims at a very fair price.
