After everything is completed, he tells me what I owe and I could see in plain sight that he did not apply the coupon. I asked him if he took off the $25? He says oh it's only $10, I said you just told me it was $25 and you didn't apply it? WTF? He says ok, give me the code. So he applies it and it is $25 off. I am so sick and tired of a business who hires people who do not care at all about the people they are supposed to be helping. And then the business has the nerve to say how they are different. I took my 2017 Mercedes GLS to EC Auto Repair Edmonton on November 2, 2025, and it turned into one…read moreof the worst experiences I've ever had with any mechanic shop. My vehicle stayed in their shop for 4 days, and after the inspection they told me that my driver-side lower control arm was broken and that the thermostat needed replacement. They charged me $3,600, but never provided any proof, photos, or explanation showing that the arm was actually broken. They also refused to give me the parts invoice, never showed the cost of the parts they used, and provided no breakdown at all. They charged me $2,200 just for labor, yet this job normally takes around 3 hours, not multiple days. When I asked for labor rate, time, or details, they didn't provide anything. The whole process felt unprofessional, unclear, and extremely overpriced. The worst part is that after I picked up my car, it had even bigger problems than before. The vehicle started having new issues immediately, and now I have to take it to another certified Mercedes mechanic to fix whatever was done to it. I honestly have no idea what they did to my car, but the quality of work seems extremely poor. I am very disappointed and strongly warn anyone with a high-end vehicle: do not trust this shop with your car. They provided no transparency, no proof, no proper documentation, overcharged for labor, and returned my car in worse condition than it arrived.

Long post. Terrible…read moreexperience and people! Not only are they inexperienced and don't know cars but they lie. I went in to get a battery replacement as they are affiliated with AMA. Due to the high volume of roadside service, AMA had suspended their battery service. They posted on their site that if you require battery service to head to your local Lube City for assistance and they will provide the same service to their members. I decided to take my car in and get a battery replaced as it was still under warranty and causing me problems. I get there only to be told by the "manager" that they cannot honour it. I tried to explain my situation twice and mentioned this info came from AMA's site but he refused to listen. He then told me he had no proof that I purchased the battery from them and there's nothing he could do about it. My battery is clearly an AMA brand and there was a sticker on it with the date purchased. He then tried to tell me that I could've printed off a sticker online and stuck it to the battery to make it look like an AMA brand. He later told me that I need all the paper work or they won't do anything about it. He then said they don't "carry" batteries that will work for my car and that I'd be wasting my time going to other Lube Cities with this. I drive a plain ole common car that requires a regular avg. battery. I called up AMA and explained what had happened. They reached out to them and the manager confirmed that no paper work is needed and that the sticker alone is valid. The manager also said that they are doing the battery service. So in the end he completely lied to me and tried to accuse me of being a liar. Some things I noticed- they do not appear to know exactly what they are doing. Asked me what car I drove yet they were inspecting my car. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise that they did not end up provide the service. I've noticed other reviews saying their cars end up a mess after dealing with them.

I went here for an oil change today and the normal inspection they offer. They did not rotate my…read moretires as said they were wearing ok and did not need to be rotated. Funny thing though they told me I needed an alignment. If my tires are not wearing uneven, I do not think an alignment is necessary. Just trying to make money off of a Senior lady I think. I did not have one done. After I left my car was making a weird roaring sound and when I got home I checked and they did not put the cover back on the air filter properly and it was causing the noise. I have used this location many times over the last 20 odd years and was very disappointed today.
