The owner called me on the telephone and texted me to ask me to change my review on Yelp. He said…read morethat we had a simple misunderstanding. I get that, anybody, can have a misunderstanding. Lord knows, I make mistakes every day! He said he had told his helper that he could do the job, on his own. His helper came by to explain that he could only hook up my water heater with 110 volt but not propane, also. I wanted both to work, I am in an RV, for now. I told the owner that I had paid extra to buy a water heater that was 12 volts, 110 volt, and propane. He told me the water heater, that I have to install, a brand new one that I bought two years ago, was only 110 and Propane. The gentleman thought I was disagreeing with him or arguing with him about whether it was, or not. I just I went inside to call the people I bought it from, too fuss at them, for not selling me the right water heater. I was upset at those people not at the gentleman to whom I was speaking. Apparently, this was where the disagreement came from. My water heater had been working for four years on 110 volt, since I couldn't get the propane to light on it. It started leaking water and I bought a new water heater to replace it. They told me that there's no 110 wire back there, in my RV, in order to hook it up. The wire was there or my previous water heater would not have worked for four years. I don't know who eliminated the wire that my other water heater was working on but, regardless. The owner explained to me that it would be more work to get my water heater working than he had planned for in the original bid through Yelp, he would have to charge me a higher price in order to make that work. He was, also, kind enough to tell me that he understood that I had some carpentry work that I needed done and that they could do that, as well. I will call the gentleman back tomorrow to get a new bid, as soon as I can do so.

Don't I repeat don't use, I ignored the previous reviews, we paid $3200.00 for the parts it would…read moretake to do the repairs, 6 months later hadn't started doing any work, except ripping out the carpet. Refuses to give us our money back
