The dentist was running behind and asked to reschedule me because the dentist was not available. I never received ANY service -- no exam, no cleaning, nothing. I even signed a form at checkout confirming I owed nothing. Despite that, the office deliberately slipped my "bill" onto my husband's account and charged him for both his real treatment and my nonexistent visit. My husband had no idea they combined our charges until AFTER we left the office and talked about what happened. That is deceitful, dishonest, and unethical. When I confronted them, they admitted they were wrong. But the truth is simple: if I hadn't spoken up, they would've happily kept the money they stole. This is not a mistake -- this is shady business practice. This office has zero integrity and cannot be trusted with your health OR your wallet. The first day's nurse was fabulous, the doc a bit short, but okay. 12 hours later she's still bleeding heavily. Three calls over an hour and a half to his "after hours" number, and it was just his cell. He'd fallen asleep and hadn't heard. I describe she's still bleeding profusely, and all he did was tell me all the things it could be. Okay, so what do I do? Repeats the list then got annoyed when I kept asking what do I DO??? Next day, he and his nurse were rude to my daughter, telling her it can't be that bad and she shouldn't complain so much. A full month later she went to regular dentist for something else, and they said she STILL had a gash in her cheek (not at gum line) that wasn't fully healed and they didn't know why he didn't stitch it closed. I started inquiring about reimbursement at the two month mark. His office manager (his wife) said oh, we sent it to insurance, but it can take 90 days. I'll send it again. Waited a week, checked with insurance, nothing. Called again, same story, we'll send it again. Repeat the next week. Finally on day 91, insurance company said you know what? We will call. THAT was what it took for insurance to receive it within the hour. Presently, I'm waiting on them to call and say a check is waiting for me. Insurance approved payment on 5/14. They say dentist can take 30 days to process. We shall see.

I tried to be friendly by offering him the knuckle bump type hand shake, but he did it very grudgingly it seemed. I have no clue why he treated me that way. I had a filling which fell out of a tooth. I simply wanted to have it replaced. I was recommended this dentist by my insurance plan. I was a bit worried because I had many years before been involved with a chiropractor who was double dipping by charging me and also my insurance company. Let's continue. This so called dentist, David Warren, asked me 20 questions ranging from what kind of brush do I use, do I floss, all the way to why do I travel around the world so much? How in the world does my traveling relate to my tooth problem? He even told me that I should not travel so much. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. What does my personal travel have to do with my teeth? It was like he was counseling me like I was a child. During this whole time he never once looked at my tooth. He kept looking at the x-ray which had been taken earlier and telling me he needed to "overhaul" my entire mouth. The moment he said that I saw dollar signs in my mind. I told him that I felt no pain and had no complaints other than to replace the filling. Not to do any kind of other work. Then the real surprise came when he told me that he refused to work on my tooth he kept insisting. My daughter spoke up for me, but we just finally walked out. It was unbelievable the way this guy treated me. I can now see why his office only had one client when we walked in.

My daughter received a referral for this surgery center through her dentist for wisdom teeth…read moreremoval. It took months to get scheduled both for a consult and for an actual surgery date. The staff were not super friendly during the whole process. The consult was maybe 5-10 minutes and it was a quick look at the scans and telling us to schedule a surgery date. The day of surgery finally arrived. I signed paperwork and we spoke with the nurse prior to my daughter going back. We both expressed that this was her first time having an IV and surgery and that she was nervous and having anxiety. They dismissed her feelings and refused to let me go back with her while getting the IV or getting prepped for the surgery. She was in the back for five minutes before the nurse escorted her out and told me the doctor refused to complete the surgery since she was not complying. There was no empathy in the situation, just a simple we are dismissing her as a patient. It was a very traumatic experience overall. Thankfully we found another surgery center in the area that had no problem with allowing parents to be present while the patient is being prepped. She had no issues and the surgery went well. Maybe this doctor is great for older, adult patients who have experience with procedures.. but I would not recommend this surgery center for those who have anxiety or need support during the process.

I began freaking out before the procedure, but Dr. Foreman took the time to explain to me various aspects of the treatment and talked me into proceeding. My pain was addressed at various times during the procedure, and my suffering was quite minimal, as the old amalgam was quickly and completely removed, the gaping tooth hole sterilized, and a perfect state of the art ceramic cap was created in house and bonded to the tooth. Now I have a perfect, beautiful tooth with a modern restoration that may last the remaining decades of my life. Hours later, I am experiencing NO pain. Even though the cavity was deep and almost exposing the tooth nerve. Yikes!
