I lost my front tooth and I need some cavities filled. Well undoubtedly I have periodontal disease BUT THEY WON'T FIX MY TOOTH OR MY CAVITIES UNLESS I HAVE THE VERY EXPENSIVE PERIODONTAL WORK DONE. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income and although I have dental insurance it doesn't even come close to covering the cost of the periodontal work. I have never in my 69 years of life felt like I was being held up as a hostage to replace my front tooth and get my cavities repaired. The staff is professional and helpful. Accounting does not inform you that whatever your insurance comes up with you have to pay the difference. I paid a balance that was supposed to be in full to the tune of over $1500.00 only to find out my next visit they wanted $1100.00 more because the insurance wouldn't pay what they told me was being paid. I walked out deciding that if they told me my new insurance was picking up the entire cost , probably it wasn't true and they would want even more money . BEWARE ! read more

Service was below average. The receptionist are rude and unprofessional! They overbook you and have you sitting in the waiting area, at times more than a hour! They didn't finish the work that I was told they were charging me for in advance! There was no consistency with service, not even with the hygienist. They even pulled teeth that I felt by the x-rays didn't need to be pulled. They never called me to schedule me for my permanent partial after over 6 months of waiting. The charges were done by some guy in an office that I clarified several times with him that all charges were for all work (top and bottom). PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO TOUCH YOUR MOUTH!! Let's just say when I went in for a deep cleaning Mrs Lindsey was awesome! She talked to me the whole process and made sure I was comfortable. Now on today I went and got two extractions done! Dr Babineaux was really nice kept reassuring me that I wouldn't feel a thing. An let's say that I didn't feel anything! He kept his word! This business sucks.. I went in Oct.2023for implants... And here it is March 2024, and I still have no teeth.. I can't leave my house because I'm embarrassed .. The Dr. never really explained anything until it was done. I thought I was leaving the same day with teeth... He pulled all my top teeth out.. I've had two infection.. After all that he said the implants wouldn't work for me ... My last visit I ask for a refund.. I paid Aspen $17.000.. I keep calling and they don't return my calls or put me on hold.. I was on hold for a hour one day. I can't go get another dentist to do it correctly, until I get a refund. They are in no hurry to make things right with me.. My daughter had an extraction done but we were charged for a root canal. That was mid July and I am still waiting for a refund. I call every week and they put me on hold and keeps giving me the excuse that "it is pending". It took them less than 1 minute to charge me $400+ dollars but it is taking them more than 2 months to refund me. Not sure how long they plan on dragging this out but maybe I should look into legal counseling. read more

Received a deep cleaning. Everyone was nice and kind.

I have a cracked tooth and I am in extreme pain. I don't have a regular dentist in this area because I'm not originally from the area. On August 31st I went online to make an appointment at Aspen Dental. I saw, or so I thought, they couldn't take me for a week. I figured I would fight through the pain for 6 days because I don't have insurance and they seemed pretty cheap. So, I made an appointment on what I thought was Thursday, September 6th @ 3pm. 6 pain filled days I waited for my appointment. I go in on the 6th @ 2:30pm (early) and they tell me my appointment is for, Thursday Oct 4th. Apparently, in my pain filled stuper I didn't realize the 1st available opening I selected online wasn't in 6 days, but 5 weeks. I asked the receptionist when was the soonest they could take me and she replied, "Not till Oct 4th". I told her there was no way I could make it that long and she suggested I call one of their other locations because, "Maybe they could take me sooner". I told her no thank you and left. I went home and the first place I called said they could take me first thing Monday morning, because that is what a good caring dentist will do (make time for an emergency). I tried to go to Aspen Dental because they were cheap. Turns out, cheap means no sympathy for a dental emergency. I am in my 40s and I've had 1 or 2 dental emergencies in my life and I have NEVER had a dental office tell me they couldn't take me for 5 weeks. I need a regular dentist in this area and I can tell you it won't be Aspen Dental. read more

They don't take walk-in's or emergencies as the statement from the business says. I am a patient, had two fillings yesterday. After the numbing wore off, I immediately noticed a sharp edge on one of the fillings that is cutting my tongue. They were closed so I waited until the next day, called as soon as they were open, but they cannot see me until Monday.... 4 days later. read more

I do not recommend this dental office. It's a national chain and they are too focused on making money. When you come in for a cleaning, they first give you X-rays and an exam. Then you have to come back for the cleaning. From reading other reviews, it appears that they tell everyone they have gum disease and need a deep cleaning. They demand payment up front (insurance or not). Furthermore, you will spend hours here before being seen. read more
