She communicates very well. Her office staff is excellent and very polite and since I am disabled they come out to my car and greet me and open the doors for me and then walk me back to my car. No other office (medical office or not) has done that for me. In the past, a couple of years ago when I had a dental bill I could not pay all at once, they allowed me to make payments so I could get the dental work I needed. I have no complaints whatsoever about Dr. Jade or her staff. They are all very polite, professional and courteous and in a sincere way, not for show. I think they genuinely care about their patients and it shows in their actions.

In there advertisement, they state that they work with patients on payment arrangements. This is a LIE! Now my son will have to suffer with more pain, until I can find a dentist who will work with us! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SEEING THIS DENTIST UNLESS YOU ARE RICH!
