The cleanliness of both the food court and mall is impeccable, with diligent staff ensuring everything is in order. Surprisingly, the restroom facilities were also impeccably clean. Manhattan: This store always gets the best of me. The urban street wear selections are always spot on and they usually have a good sale or buy one get one going on. The store is always clean and the clothes are in order by size. Though the store isn't huge, they make great use of space and the size I need is always easy to find. I went in, hit the jean rack as they had some great selections out with various washes and rip patterns so I couldn't pass them up. Found my size. Got in line and was out the door. The staff is always friendly and help to ensure the shopping experience is smooth. CitiTrend: You can't leave Greenbriar without hitting Cititrends. As it was the day before Christmas, the store was super loaded. The clothes were all over the place in the men's section, however, it wasn't horrible. You could tell people had been shopping all day and the staff was doing their best to keep the store in order. It didn't take me too long before I found a few things I wanted. lol. I walked the entire men's section. Grabbed a few sweatshirts and headed to the register. I love the register area as it always has some extra quick pick goodies. While in line, I grabbed a few hair care items I saw and was on my way. The cashier was efficient and super nice. She greeted me, smiled the entire time, and wished me a Merry Christmas as I departed. Overall, though I didn't want to spend any money at Greenbriar, I got some great deals on some great items as a whole.

No one seemed happy, no smiles, no greetings one only two people running the whole store! Yes there were lots of sales and clearence racks (more than usual) which makes me wonder if this chain of stores is on its way out. IJS...

I went to this location the day after Christmas to take advantage of after Christmas sale. It didn't seem like they've restocked their inventory since some racks were looking pretty thin.
