I first saw advertisements for BSR Consulting on Facebook and decided to read up on the website…read more I've always had an idea for a business and wanted to get something started but never knew exactly what steps to take and on top of that I never thought I had the ingenuity or the initiative to start something and keep it running myself. I emailed BSR on a whim and decided to enlist their services. Bryan is very knowledgable and easy to work with, everything he explained to me was said in such a manner that was easy to understand and it just seemed to click with me. We started by formulating a business plan, this process probably took the longest because it was a lot of back and fourth on what I wanted to do. In all honesty I probably held up the process because I kept changing my mind and coming up with new ideas but, Bryan was very patient with me, even when I wasn't. By the time the business plan was finished, unbeknownst to me, Bryan had all of the state paperwork done and I was set up with an LLC, I was a business owner! This was not only exciting and surreal, but I felt as if I knew exactly what it would take to keep a business up and running because of all the information and knowledge I had gained by working with a person such as Bryan. Within a month, I had an LLC, business plan, a website, and a working knowledge on marketing and sales tactics along with piles of invaluable notes and paperwork from the man himself. I will be continuing to work with Bryan and BSR Consulting throughout my time as a business owner and I would strongly recommend that everyone, even if you are an experienced business owner, enlist BSR Consulting services and Bryan in particular. Thank you Bryan, you are truly a genius!

I had been a loyal client of this tax company since 2017. Not only did I trust them with my…read morebusiness, but I went the extra mile to bring them to my brow classes as a special host, where they educated my students on taxes. Many of my students became their clients, which was great for their business--thanks to me. Fast forward to 2024, when I experienced a life-changing car accident. I had to pause their services temporarily because I wasn't sure if I'd even be able to work again, let alone pay for taxes. After a few months of recovery, I was ready to restart our services. But instead of welcoming back a loyal, long-term client, I was slapped in the face with an outrageous demand: my rate would jump from $610 a month to $995 and they insisted I prepay the remainder of the year and all of 2025--an insane total of $9,760! It honestly felt like they just wanted to fire me as a client. To make things worse, they marked my business as SUSPENDED after terminating me as a client. Oh and wait, when I asked to speak to the owner, Louie Vasquez, someone I had trusted for years, they flat-out told me he doesn't handle this anymore and I wouldn't be able to talk to him. After everything I had done for this company, they didn't even have the decency to let me have a conversation with the person I had worked with from the start. This company clearly doesn't care about loyalty, nor do they value their long-standing clients. They're more interested in squeezing as much money out of people as they can. If you're looking for a company that cares about you or your business--look elsewhere.
