Your bbq grillers for your next event are here! The meat was on point and the sausages were very substantial ! The coleslaw mixed with a lot of ingredients and plenty of side vegetables to top the burger and hot dog. The ice cream truck offered plenty of favors to pick from, like red velvet , cake batter , Dulce de Leche ! + cookie dough , oreo, sprinkles, and even red velvet cake crushed into the ice cream! A sweet closure to top the grilling experience! But the very best, the SERVICE and attention provided by Stefanie, Chris, and an honor mention to Verónica the very best hardworking girl ‍ever. Thank you Traffic Man bbq you made our afternoon a total success! read more

The food was delicious! He even took out all the trash! The night turned out exactly how I had planned. I HIGHLY recommend you call David! read more

Hired Traffic Man for a company BBQ and they did not disappoint. Dave and his team were super professional, on time (actually arrived early), were set up and had food ready to go right on time for the event to start and provided great service. Food was excellent and everything was cooked fresh. They include everything you can possibly need to accommodate your guests for a great BBQ. They were awesome and simply just a couple of nice guys to be around. They cooked more than enough for for a party of 70, each person could eat two to three times and we still had a tons of left overs. Everything we needed, they had it covered. Definitely recommend them for any event as they will not disappoint and will work with you to make your event a great one. read more

Despite the rain we had a fantastic company picnic, in large part to using Traffic Man. Isaac and the guys showed up early, set everything up, and served up a storm. Nearly every employee came up to tell me that day or the next how great the food and service were. And it was delicious! We had a bounce house too, which didn't get a lot of action due to the weather but was still great to have all set up through one vendor. Clean up was a breeze, even helping me load up the leftovers at the end. Will definitely be using them again. read more

I saw them at a car dealership on Countyline and 441. They had a crazy awesome offer a burger a hotdog and soda for just 5 cents! Yes 5 cents! They also have a rotating special meal every week sometimes meatballs, shepards pie, pasta or whatever they come up with but the price remains the same 5 cents! Everyone was tipping the guy about a dollar or more though. I guess the dealership had them out there to attract clientele but the deal still stands there just the same week in and week out. I see them there every Saturday from 1 to 3pm so if you want a quick little road bite just drop on by countyline and 441 at the dealer ship across the street from the DMV and grab a burger, dog and soda for just 5 cents! for the fifth time yes 5 cents! read more

The company I work for hosted their Family BBQ this past weekend and I decided on Traffic man BBQ as our Caterer of Choice for the event. They DID NOT disappoint. Dave, from the very beginning was very responsive and always stayed in touch. He recommended various options to fit our needs and Budget - We had about 150 people. Traffic Man does everything, Soup to Nuts. You need Bounce Houses? BAM...Traffic Man....You need a Cotton Candy Machine? Boom! They do it! Everything. The night before he touched base letting me know who my liaison would be for the next morning and that I should expect a call from her. Right on time, Debbie, our liaison called me to let me know they arrived and were starting their set up. Debbie and her team, Issac(?) and Paulie were the BOMB! They were so much fun and totally interactive with the adults AND kids! Always making sure everyone was ok and had what they needed! The food was fresh, top shelf brands and delicious! The meatballs with the home made sauce were FIRE!! The Face Painters & Bounce House Attendees were also very polite, on time and professional. I have nothing but great things to say about Dave & Traffic Man BBQ! From the first phone call to get a quote to his staff picking up after themselves at my party, it was definitely one of the smoothest catering companies I've ever dealt with. Traffic Man BBQ offers plenty of options to customize the menu for your event and their prices are so fair. The best part? The staff is included in the price!! It was so convenient that they brought everything they needed to cook and serve the food. And the food?? Delicious! My guests had their fill to eat (and we can eat!) and were raving about the taste. We offered hamburgers (all condiments were included), Italian sausage, ribs, chicken breast, corn on the cob, baked beans and potato salad.
