No call, no text, nothing. We came back at 3:40 assuming it was a no-show. She finally arrived at 3:45 -- 45 minutes late -- and when she came to the door she said, "Didn't expect anyone to be here." We let her know the showing was confirmed for 3:00 and it was now 3:45. We told her she was lucky we still had the kids in the car and could step away. Instead of apologizing, she snapped "I'm lucky?", said "Forget it, I don't need to see your house," slammed our front door in our faces, and stormed off. Her own client -- the buyer -- then came to our door and asked if he could see the house without her. She abandoned her own client at a stranger's home after throwing a tantrum. We have two young children. This was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. We have filed formal complaints with her brokerage and the Florida Real Estate Commission.

I found Kathryn by chance because she was featured on the Mills 50 Newsletter because of her recognition by the Orlando Realtor Association. For being so young, her credentials were impressive and I decided I would schedule an appointment for my husband and I to meet with her to see if she was someone who we would click with . Kathryn impressed us with her attention to detail. She had us both fill out a very lengthy questionnaire which would help her in curating a list of homes that fit our criteria. It took us a night to think about it but we immediately let her know we wanted her to represent us. Our search did not go without some issues. Kathryn is very matter of fact, analyzes the situation put in front of her and is a great negotiator on behalf of her clients. She will present the facts to you and leave it to you to let her know how to proceed. Overall, she puts her clients best interests ahead first and foremost. We appreciated this since the home buying process was so overwhelming for both of us. Also, Kathryn was a great resource for home inspectors who were honest and, in one case, saved us money! We would highly recommend Kathryn and her team for your home buying and selling needs. Kathryn works hard and , yes, even on weekends. If you want someone who has your best interests at heart and will actively communicate with you and for you- she is your gal!

With the market being so competitive, Austin was a very reassuring and knowledgeable agent who helped me navigate available properties. Whenever I asked him to checkout a place, he was right there. He helped me select a lender, find inspectors, and was always available to text or call. He was great sounding board and very easy to work with. Within one month of meeting Austin, I closed on a great home close to good schools, restaurants, and shopping in the SoDo district of Orlando. Kayla was on top of all paperwork and each phase of the process and couldn't have been nicer or more supportive. If you're looking for great buying agents who care about buyers and love what they do, chose the ThinkLiveBe team!!!

Let's start by saying she's definitely not as young as the photos. To include her yelp photo. Those…read morephotos are at least 10+ years old with filters and yet she still uses them for her advertisements. I also never met her or even spoke to her until she showed up at my house. My first call was with her brother and he said she would be meeting him there, but he never showed. Look out for the bait and switch, which already put a bad taste in my mouth for how this was gonna go. My home is definitely not a higher end home, but it is a good starter home with everything updated for a young family. Karen came in already downplaying the value of the house with a very low number of what it would sell for. Ironically, I got that same number from opendoor, which is an investment firm that buys the houses for about 80 to 85% of their true value. Clearly she had already looked at my house as just an investment property. The entire time all she did was say I've done this and I've done that, but she never made it feel like we would be working together to sell my house for the most money possible. She only brought three comps which were as far away as 4 miles. Simply put she's a dinosaur in this industry and unless you have a home valued at 500,000 or more she doesn't seem interested. She left a lot of old flyers and not a single one. had an older home with updates on it so I highly doubt my house would've even made her flyers. Yes she did say the company spends hundreds of thousands of dollars to make sure they're listed first and do the social media work, but is that truly selling my house on all of those platforms or is it just selling the company and the higher end homes? I went with a younger more social media connected realtor who came in with a number $55,000 higher than what Karen said my house would sell for which was backed up by eight comps within a mile of my house. I think that just goes to show that Karen wanted to flip my house for an investor. Will it sell for that higher number, maybe not but if you don't try you'll never know. Karen was willing to leave money on the table to move me along and help her investors!

She's been very forward and is practically family. There've been a few homes we liked but we secretly sabotaged the deal because we didn't want to part ways with Amber (kidding). In all seriousness, there was a 2400 sq foot home we adored. We liked the immediate area. We loved neighborhood, etc. Amber said she heard something negative about the area as we were about to submit our offer. She ended up recollecting and informed us of a 650 acre Auto Mall. Upon further investigation, the automall developer is notorious for adding a truck stop and strip club wherever they build (maybe a coincidence). Either way Amber could have saved herself a lot of time and energy and kept quiet. Instead, she looked out for our needs and 8 months later, she's still with us, patiently dealing with my cynical and outgoing personality. Definitely my realtor for life. ****Update 7/13/2019**** Had an interesting experience and had Amber in my corner. I don't want to share exactly what she did but I do want to say that most people in business would never go out of their way for the customer like she does. By the way, I spoke to a professional who was unaffiliated with Amber. They spoke highly of her and said I was lucky to have her as my agent due to her tact, knowledge, and professionalism. We were involved with another agent (seller's agent) and the agent was so unprofessional they probably cost their seller a deal. Had Amber been representing both parties, the deal would have most likely gone through.

I can't tell you how easy it was to work with Sunshine (Amber) and Paul Callahan. I'm a get-it-done…read morekind of person, so I didn't need or want a whole lot of hand holding. I think they could read that about me and we worked beautifully together as a team. They actually saved me a ton of money by coming over to advise me on what I needed to do and didn't need to do before selling. She reminded me that the buyers are purchasing a used house, not a brand new one. That statement let me relax. Before that, I felt like everything had to be perfect (and things were pretty perfect), but my stress melted away. It seems that they will be as involved or hands off as you need from them, which was exactly what I was looking for. They helped me execute every stage of the process flawlessly from advice to pricing to closing. Sunshine ran all of the numbers, and gave me the confidence to price our home at a price that other realtors would shy away from. Her numbers were solid and based on sold homes in the area. Other realtors were advising me to list it for 20-30k less. Needless to say, our house was under contract within a week on the market and closed on the originally planned closing date. I am beyond grateful for Sunshine and Paul. If you are wondering who to use as your agent, pick this team. They are the best!

Anne-Marie met with us after 5 during the week and took the time to explain the homebuying process and answers several of our questions. Over the next couple of months Ann-Marie's patience really shown through. We did this until early March when we finally found the house we wanted.
