O my where do start? Okay, drove 12 miles to eat here and it was bad. That's B A D! My Pho Ga was tasteless! No or very little flavor. No basil, no bean sprouts? It was a nightmare! My wifes dish... it was editable and that's about it. Now you have to remember, I've been in Vietnam for a month+ at a time. We eat Vietnamese in lots of "little Sai Gon" around the US and Canada so we have high standards for VN food. So far, we're scared of eating VN in Deutschland! read more

Whenever I'm in Maastricht I usually end up here for a quick and tasty bite. Although Maastricht has many, many fine eateries, I end up here because it's not touristy even though it's between some rather large terraces just off the Markt which is touristy. The pork rolls are super savory, crunchy and arrive piping hot. Wrap 'em in the lettuce along with some cilantro, dip 'em in that sauce are you're good to go! Just two orders of these and I'd be happy. The Pho (beef at €10,00 )...I've ordered everytime. Why? It's dependable and good. You can't use credit or debit so come with some cash in your pocket and thank me later.

Ich war bereits öfter mit meiner Freundin und meiner Familie dort essen, wir lieben die autentische, asiatische Küche. Durch meinen Beruf kenne ich sehr viele Restaurants und deren Küche. In der Tradition bei Van ist das Konzept sehr gut gelungen. Die Küche arbeitet mit frischen Lebensmittel, der Service von Anfang bis Ende sehr freundlich und aufmerksam (nette Begrüßung, Tischzuweisung, Aperitif, Handtuch, Nachfragen ob alles rechtens ist, nette Verabschiedung). Das Restaurant ist dem Thema angepasst und sehr schön eingerichtet (Wanddekoration, Bambus, Orchideen, frische Blumen). Ich kann das Restaurant nur bestens weiterempfehlen. Wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl, da wir dort die Aufmerksamkeit des Service genießen, das Ambiente stimmt und die frische und authentische Küche mögen. Einfach nur top!!! read more

Ich war begeistert von diesem Restaurant. Es war sehr lecker vor allem die traditionellen Frühlingsrollen welche unfritiert und ungebacken serviert werden.
