Mocha Latte Pretzels
Travis B.

Mocha Latte Pretzels: These pretzels are marketed by Trader Joe's and I believe they were introduced in 2024. Each pretzel is enveloped by a velvety white candy coating that adds a light vanilla flavor along with some sweetness. Tiny specks can be seen teeming within the candy coating and are actually ground coffee beans, which contribute the coffee flavor. Topping everything off is a dark chocolatey drizzle. I'm not a fan of dark chocolate and was concerned these would be overly bitter, but the sweet vanilla coating nicely balances out the dark chocolate and coffee flavors. For me, the coffee flavor was most noticeable in the aftertaste. Being pretzels, they also have a satisfying crunch and fantastic sweet and salty combo. I ate mine on their own, but Trader Joe's suggests crumbling them over vanilla bean yogurt, tossing them onto ice cream, or mixing with popcorn. If you're a fan of coffee like me, then you will love these pretzels. Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews

Snacks are sometimes flavorless. Especially this one. It was like Styrofoam with a little salt not what was on the package.

Love shopping at this Trader Joe's location! The parking lot is big with plenty of cart returns. The store is always clean and well stocked. I always look forward to finding some new treats when I'm there. The employees are friendly and always helpful. There are a few items I have found very close to expiration , so as with any store always check labels. Overall a wonderful grocery store!

Love the tea section!

I wish they had more employees to help get the lines through here faster. There is almost always a line (except rare off hour times) and it usually trails out to the street (25 people). Then, there is the line to check out. That being said, you can hit the place during off hours and at least not wait in one of the lines as long. However, for all of their precautions, I watched as they allowed a boomer stroll in without a mask who then also cut the grocery line. I don't feel as comfortable when they don't enforce their own guidelines.

Finally, the fact that this TJs is right next to a Target means that I can do 99% of my weekly shopping in that little plaza.

Date of visit: November 10, 2025…read more I had never had need to come into this Sendik's before, between not getting out to The Corners all that often and not being a huge fan of this chain, finding it a bit overpriced. However, I was walking right by the upper level entrance and remembered that I needed a couple things so I did enter and was a bit impressed with the large variety of non-food items on this level. While none of them were things that I was there for, it was something I wanted to make a mental note of for the future. After heading downstairs, I did find what I was looking for though for the size of the store I was a bit surprised at the limited selection in both of the areas that I browsed (pretzels and baking needs), but they did have what I came for, so I can't complain too much! This isn't a store I would likely frequent often if I lived in the area, but it was definitely good in a pinch and since I was already walking by.

Funny enough, I found the manager and he was so kind and patient with me though I'm sure extremely busy. He showed me where the sandwiches were located but we noticed how there weren't enough for my group. He immediately went back and assembled sandwiches with his team quickly while I found the other items I needed. Special thanks to the Sendik's employees who turned out some delicious sandwiches for me and my team! Also enjoyed the mini cookies and assorted chips we had with it, too. The parking structure is easy to navigate and had plenty of parking on a weekday. The store is clean and bright, and everyone was friendly. It's definitely a good-sized store compared to other locations - you should be able to find just about anything you need here. Really impressed with my stop. :) Looking forward to checking out the happy hour at their bar!

Date of visit: November 24, 2025…read more I don't stop here often, but I was on this side of Burleigh, hitting some other places at Mayfair Collection and I needed just a couple of things for dinner. Walking over to Whole Foods was a lot easier than risking my life crossing the street here! The store was bright and in good condition. Like most grocery stores, any employee I encountered was not concerned with me and went about their business. The pasta sauce I found was naturally more expensive than across the street at Meijer, but I liked that it was from a family brand instead of some giant conglomerate. The self-checkout line was pretty long so I went with a cashier and she was more pleasant than your average Kroger employee, so I'll call that a win.

The prices are fairly comparable to other grocery stores and you can usually get a deal with the Amazon Prime code thing they have on a few varieties. During the holiday time going in the afternoon can be a little risky I did have to stop at another store for more of the main flowers but it was definitely due to the time of year.
