I was immediately greeted as I walked in the door and both men were very friendly. I was on a tight time frame as I had to pick up my husband. This is the real deal customer service place that we so used to know! They actually help you put the shoe on and tie them! I was so impressed with this service. Caleb waited patiently and went out of his way accommodating my needs. He even pulled up the computer for other options. I am definitely that one who wants to try everything. I am a nurse and have an have a foot injury so trying ever option is critical for comfort . Caleb took MORE than enough time to allow me to find the right fit for my foot. One of the best characteristics that Caleb has is he know his shoes and can tell you the differences in comfort, cushioning and stability of shoes which helped me so much in making a decision. My husband is a bit fussy about shoes and we will be headed there to purchase his shoes as well. Thank you so much Caleb for your excellent customer service, knowledge and just fun to work with. See you soon!

I am not an advanced runner by any means, but my husband swears by this operation so I decided to come in and check them out as I was having some tendinitis issues. The staff, elite runners themselves, took their time to offer me a number of options and try each one until I was completely comfortable. That included walking on their indoor track for a bit of time to ensure no issues. It's a fantastic value for the money, particularly for elite runners or individuals like myself that might be in need of a little TLC for footwear. Once a year, in the spring, during the Berkshire Hathaway stockholders meeting in Omaha, the store shuts down normal operations and goes 100% Brooke shoes, offering amazing discounts and brings in an expanded staff from the Brooks team Additionally, there is a clearance area on shoes and running items as well as a nice assortment of regularly priced items Highly recommend the store for your specialized footwear needs

I needed to use the bathroom and today was my first time ever needing a wheelchair. The staff member unlocked the men's room door which also had a wheelchair indicator. I did what I could to protect myself from the filth but it was appalling. If not for that, I would have given 5 stars.

My husband came with me since we were out running errands and was going to go elsewhere to buy (cheaper) running shoes, but with the help he was given at Rudolph's, he ended up buying them here. They took his feedback and didn't make him try on shoes that they knew wouldn't work. He also appreciated that they didn't try to upsell him a more expensive shoe when a shoe that was on sale would work for him. He was only disappointed that they don't carry the boots he needed for work because of how helpful they were for his running shoes!
