Went to THC Tradebloc to legally get rid of 2 timeshares in Orlando, FL. We paid $6,000 for the contract for them to do this, including protecting our credit. First timeshare (Hilton) they removed charged us additional $3000! Then we get a letter of the Hilton timeshare taken over and a letter to owners stated if we did not contact them, our timeshare would revert to the new company at NO cost to us. They said they would into it. Then we received emails and texts from a collection agency about overdue payment of 2nd timeshare 2026 maintenance fees. We uploaded a copy of collection letter to THC. Then we got a call from the collection agency, no contact from them. I emailed them several times with no response from Tradebloc. I tried calling Tradebloc multiple times. We were put on hold for next agent, then after 7 minutes or so, the call was dropped. This happened 4+ times. We have had no contact with them since July 6, 2026. read more

They are a total scam. Took almost $4000 upfront to get rid of my timeshare (shame on me). They did nothing but to basciaclly tell me to stop paying mt maintenence fees and they would fix my credit report when it got dinged. GREAT! Then they signed me up for their travel company and try to bill me evry month. I get a $395 bill and texts and emails trying to collect. But never had them call about the timeshare. I would give them negative stars if i could. read more

This company is a scam; I've been chasing them for 18 months. They never answer calls or return them, they don't reply to emails, and they have no offices--they aren't even listed in the directory of the building where they claim to be located. I haven't received any proof that they've actually done anything with my case. I highly doubt the success stories I've seen; I wouldn't be surprised if they wrote them themselves. All of us who have been affected--and judging by the comments I've read, there are many of us--should join forces to sue these scammers. read more

We have been dealing with our exit strategy for 8 years. We are still getting bills from Westgate. This company is a joke we have spent thousands and nothing is resolved. I swear they are in business with the timeshare companies themselves. read more

Contacted them almost two years ago regarding a Timeshare. We have provided all the information they have asked for in a timely fashion and the only time we ever get contacted by them is when we tell them we are going to sue them for breach of contract. We will receive a call and are always asked to provide more documents including duplicates of what has already been sent and then no response or acknowledgment for months until we again threaten to sue. Totally scammed out of $5000. read more

IK signed up in June of 2024. At first they were comuncating & asking for infiormation. But the last 4/5 months thay have not responded to any emails that I send them. All the phones calls start with waitng for any operator, then after about a minute it says "All operators are busy, plesse email tradebloc". Then all emails just get a standard reply, no action or response. read more

this all started years ago.. no communication on their end. Paid the fee to end my timeshare as well as credit repair. No communication at all from them and the timeshare is still sending bills. Useless company. Had high hopes but, all they have is good salespeople, their timeshare team is horrible. this is why i don't trust lawyers read more

Zero stars if that was an option. We paid $5000 and all we got in return was our credit scored dropped from 850 to 710! They don't answer calls and they don't reply to emails. AT LEAST I thought they would protect our credit like they said they would. They are completely full of Sh*t. Snake oil salesmen. I hope they rot in H*ll for stealing people's hard earned money and praying on people's desperate hopes to get out of their timeshares. read more

Trade bloc showed us copies of our quitdeedclaim. So, according to them the deed is no longer in our name. Now, a year later, vacationvillages in Florida still refuses to recognize that the deed is not in our name. Meridian is now pressuring us to pay maintainable fees plus late fees. I cannot get tradeblok to even answer or return their phone calls. My credit is being dinged. All of this was after paying tradeblok $10,000 dollars to take care of this. I'm unhappy. This company is a total fraud. They lied from the beginning :they are not rated or affiliated with the better business bureau they charged us a ton of money promising to get us out of our time share, saying there was a lawsuit against the timeshare which was a lie. They never contacted the time share to negotiate the release from the timeshare. After 18 months of doing all they asked all i got was deeper in debt late charges keep piling up each month. I'm sure they will hid this review, but it's the gospel truth. Their Attorney did not even bring me a reasonable offer. Just wanted me to pay more money to handle my case. They are as bad as Holiday Inn Vacations. Pay us more for a better deal. read more

My 1st experience with Tradebloc was a smooth process. They told me it could take up to 2 years to complete the exit but it took less than 1 year. They explained the whole process & held our hands through it. There were no surprises. I was so happy with their service I am using them again. I highly recommend Tradebloc as timeshares are impossible to get out of & Tradebloc did a great job. Kim C. read more

Misleading and Ineffective Timeshare Exit Service Back in May of 2023, we were contact by Tradebloc over the phone saying they had a meeting about folks and timeshares. We agreed to go to the meeting. There the 2 reps showed all of the reason why folks would want to get out of their timeshares. Since, things had changed in our lives we agreed, and hired Tradebloc to sell our timeshares. We had a vacation planned for September, and it appeared that no one at Tradebloc did anything until that had past. The next thing we know they said they were going to turn this over to Resort Closing to handle the actual sale. We have been waiting since then for the sales to happen and the timeshares to be out of our name. When we got the closing and transfer documents, I asked when we would be getting the money from the sale and was told that Resort Closing had no money to give us. I asked what the heck she meant and I was told that Tradebloc hired them to simply get rid of the timeshare contracts. No idea why it took over 10 months to give away something that is worth tens of thousands of dollars, but that is a different question. The first we heard about no profit and potentially giving them away was after the transfer was complete. We feel this is breach of ANY contact and beyond misleading. We have lost thousands of dollars now and had to pay thousands for the privilege. We are very, very, very upset about this whole thing read more

Had a pleasant experience working with tradebloc. The staff was very informative and pleasant to talk to. Very fast at responses, gave me to me straight and helped me get out of my timeshare. Thank you Tradebloc! read more

Tradebloc is a total SCAM! We went to our first Tradebloc meeting on September 24 2022 they told about how timeshares were taking advantage of their owners. They said they could get rid of the timeshare. So we hired them at a cost of $4025.00 Michael said this money would do the job. Then we got a call from Richard saying that the owners group at our timeshare wanted $6000.00 ADDITIONAL dollars to cancel ONE of the two timeshares then they would start work on the other timeshare. I said this was not our agreement. At that time Tradebloc stopped returning my calls. It is our understanding the representatives, Michael Wells and Richard no longer work for Tradebloc. Recently Tradebloc invited us to another meeting, not knowing about our previous meeting with them. We went and met Robert Turnes. We showed him our previous Tradebloc agreement. He left the meeting room to SUPPOSEDLY talk to the VP of Tradbloc. When he returned he said Roxanne Burrola, the VP, would call uswithin 48 hours if we had NOT heard from the V.P. call him on Monday. The number he gave us is wrong and he does not answer or return our calls. It has NOW been 5 weeks since that meeting and still NONE of our calls and messages have been returned. We are now researching getting legal action against Tradebloc. If we do NOT hear from Roxanne Burrola in as soon as possible we will get legal representation against Tradbloc. They did not act on their presentation. No action unless I call. Today is my third time asking for a refund. They told me to give them the full 18 months, but all they want to do is protect me credit, not act on the timeshare issue initially talked about. Has all aspects of a scam. read more
