My experience with this company has been absolutely terrible. I received conflicting information…read morefrom five different representatives, and the level of incompetence and lack of communication was beyond frustrating. One representative did not even have a reasonable understanding of her job, and could not provide basic information about my account nor about the department she was transferring me to, including the department's name or phone number. What a dunce! The handling of account balances is equally concerning. The balances provided have been inconsistent, raising serious questions about the accuracy of their account records. It feels as though the process is designed to keep customers in debt rather than help them pay off their accounts and move on. Meanwhile, customers are subjected to astronomical fees and unnecessarily long, drawn-out deadlines to pay off balances and close their accounts. Customer service is practically nonexistent. Expect long hold times, conflicting answers, and an endless cycle of being transferred from one representative to another. When you attempt to resolve matters through email, you are eventually told that they cannot assist you and that you must call instead. So, you are sent right back into the same frustrating cycle. The representatives I encountered demonstrated a serious lack of product knowledge, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and basic customer service training. Management needs to take a hard look at its training, internal processes, account accuracy, and overall customer service standards. My advice to anyone doing business with this company: monitor your accounts closely, document every interaction, keep copies of all correspondence, and verify every balance before making a payment. Do not assume the information you receive is accurate or that the company will make resolving your account easy. Customers deserve transparency, accurate account information, competent representatives, and a straightforward process for paying off and closing their accounts. Based on my experience, this company falls woefully short in every one of those areas. I would not recommend them to anyone who values their time, money, or peace of mind.
