All storefront political signage aside... I can't speak to the quality of their cuts because I haven't had one. This is the 3rd time I've shown up during their online posted business hours and they're closed. I arrived just after 3p. While I was there, 4 other customers showed up, obviously not expecting them to be closed. I might give some credit to this place since it's Labor Day weekend, but this is the 3rd freakin' time in 8 days! I live right up the street from them so I wanted to give them a chance, but I'm done. Ended up finding a Great Clips location just a block away and I actually got a great haircut for $20. Guess who's getting my business after today? read more

Tracy's pricing is arbitrary and capricious, I called before I came in and was quoted one price, however during the simple trim, we started with the mundane small talk and apparently she felt I could be squeezed for few extra $. This would've been OK if she rendered above average skill and service. Needless to say the haircut was subpar and not commiserate with the higher pricing. Update: She had one of her minion send me a derogatory message with an hominem attack. People are on here for honest, crowd sourced personal experience. If I could give this a zero I would, I'm extremely disappointed in the reviews that made me believe I can trust my husband and kids hair.. for one my husband had told me right when he walked in she gave a nasty look to me I was wondering why didn't he just leave I wasn't aware? Then if you have a toddler who doesn't really like hair cuts comfort him besides showing you hate your job. I will never come back here again, she doesn't know how to cut hair, my damn toddler and husband have a mushroom head and on top of it my sons hair is all cricked. I know your closing and we tried to come soon but at least show some empathy! We didn't arrive that late..
