They were quick to respond to my many questions and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. I had my dads glasses and realized last minute that they were scratched. I was concerned because the service was the next day and it was an open casket service. One of the lovely staff members said she was going to call an eyeglass company to see how she could fix them without damaging them. They just went above and beyond on multiple occasions. Jared and one of the other lovely staff members came to the burial. It was very touching. I also love that they are family owned. The building is beautiful and the inside has been updated but still has so much charm. I would definitely recommend Tracy Memorial Chapel!

Today, I am here with my son, and ex brother in laws and nephew. Beautiful grounds, and right off the freeway. The employee was very respectful and took care of sealing the urn box and placing it in the grave. He even created a space for the flowers to stand up. So glad I made it down, and able to say my final good bye.

In August of 2024, we were notified that the paperwork had been lost, and that it was never submitted, and that they would need to start over. I asked by email if it could be expedited, and was ghosted (zero response). I tried a second time, and again got no response. It's now three months later, and I called, and still no headstone. They told me it would not be done until March 2025. My wife has been in an unmarked grave for 15 months now, and it will be at least four months more. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The room was quiet and nicely decorated. The person who performed the Catholic ceremony seemed to be running late and didn't have her glasses and was a bit confused on the details. The Catholic part of the ceremony seemed to be 100% correct, though. $300 seemed a lot for someone to be less than perfect. I noticed that the sound seemed to have some glitches. Given that it was a difficult time, the ceremony went fairly well.

She and I arrived in time for the vigil and rosary, occurring from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. I am not of the Catholic faith; however, it was a beautiful moment to hear the songs of praise in Spanish. Her late brother was a musician and an Oakland A's fan. I even met her sister from Arizona. Such a loving family that I was honored to be there to hear the expressions from relatives of the departed one. I have taken several photos to share with my girlfriend. This family is good people and it is nice to be treated as part of the family - Mi hermana, mi familia.
