This is a very clean chic environment. The front desk and staff are pretty friendly. The trainers seem nice but there is very little instruction or talking. If you are new, you will pretty much come in and dive straight into the workout. If you need more one-on-one attention or are the type of person who needs to talk and get instructions this may not be the set-up for you. There is complimentary valet outside. It is in a nice location in Brentwood next to a coffee shop and Lululemon. The workout rooms are heated so mentally prepare yourself for a hot room to workout it. You will definitely sweat! read more

Did a class here and will never return again. I am traumatized by how bad this studio smelled as soon as I walked in the room (mind you it was a 7AM CLASS! Not even at the end of day) - it was the most disgusting B.O. musky smell I've ever encountered, and what made it worse was the heat and humidity in the room. The whole time it felt like I was ingesting body odor. Even hours after the class I couldn't forget the disgusting smell and I was gagging in the shower from how bad it was. How is this allowed and how come I haven't heard anyone mention how bad this place smells on the internet? I don't know if it's just a one time thing or if it always smells like this?? read more

Not sure why this class is open for the public. The girls already knew the dance prior to the class. It was a complete waste of time to come to this class... there is no instruction at all since the women already knew what to do. The instructor does not greet you or instruct you at all for the entire class... what is the point of this "class"? This studio is completely unfriendly and gives off a really snobby douchey vibe. There was also three other classes going on at the same time in the same studio.... And it smelled disgusting. Definitely looks way better online... I wasted my entire morning coming here. I viewed the class from the side and realized that I wasn't going to be able to do it since there was no instructions being given for a so called "class" I left and was given a refund. Please give accurate descriptions of the class so people won't waste their time. Or create a class with actual instruction so people may take it. read more

I was interested in buying a membership to this place today- when I inquired as to the pricing, I was told by the young man behind the counter "I'm sorry, but we don't discuss pricing!" I turned around and joined the Pilates studio next door! What a snobby attitude this place has. read more

YOU WILL GET BILLED EVEN IF YOU CANCEL. And they will NOT help you after they bill your card. Doesn't matter if you get hurt doing the program like I did, they don't care. Doesn't matter if their employee didn't complete their job of transferring accounts - they just want their $93/month so they can continue to put out poor quality videos with terrible music. I feel sorry for anyone else who falls for this - they should be ashamed of the "service" they provide, and everyone should avoid them like the plague they are. read more

I'm a professional dancer and teacher with a lifetime of movement experience. I've admired the TA Method in some ways for a while, because some of the movements are so interesting - so after being in the area for a while, I came in to take a 30 minute beginner / all levels class here for fun. It cost over $20, and not a word of instruction was given - the instructor just immediately launched into complicated, fast choreography, and it actually lasted just under 30 minutes. I have to say that without a dance background, there is no way I would have been able to keep up or even make sense of what the "teacher" was doing. Again, not a word of instruction was spoken - there was occasional pointing which direction we intended to skip milliseconds before grape-vining or jumping the way. I don't know how anyone enjoys these classes, they must really believe in the method. And then after class, I expressed to a front desk worker how challenging it would be to keep up for someone without a dance background or without any exposure to the method. I asked how one learns the various fast, complicated, jazzercise-like routines which are clearly set options for the teacher to pull from (and then students are just expected to recognize the moves and sequences I guess). And the response - *after* I already spent my money, time and energy in class - was that there are other classes available to learn those routines, and there are so many routine combos, it takes time to learn them. Those classes are offered at other locations tho. What!? Make it make sense. You'll get a better workout finding some enjoyable Youtube videos to do at home! The studio is beautiful and nicely warmed up to help you sweat... but that's about it. Don't waste your time and money. read more

Going out of business? Either that or just plain Unprofessional. They sell magazine subscriptions for $40 a year, there are only 4 magazines per year and it's February and I still haven't received the winter edition. Their response is generic. No customer service. No offers to refund. No offers to somehow make it up to the customer. What am I going to do with a winter edition in the Spring? read more

I signed up for an hour session with Martha (highly recommend her). I wanted to work out longer, but it's very pricey ($150 an hour), so an hour was all I could afford. It was worth it! The studio is small, which surprised me. It looks bigger on tv and the webisodes (maybe her webisodes were filmed in her New York studio?). But it's cute and clean, and hot. As you know, Tracy's likes you to work out in a heated room. I think I also saw Lo from "The Hills" working out with one of the other trainers there. If it wasn't her, she looked just like her. Anyway, I did only mat work and picked up a few new exercises to do. I felt slimmer when I was done. The only small criticism I have is that she wouldn't write down the workout, Mostly for copyright reasons, which I can understand. I tried my best to make mental notes. The next time I'm back in the LA area, I think I'll just do a class, maybe the dance aerobics class. If you find yourself in LA area, and and have the money- go to her studio. You'll have a great time! Also, her dvds are great and effective. read more

It's very overpriced ($45/50 minute class) compared to similar options in the area but definitely nice studio, amazing amenities, high energy classes. The parking lot was full when I went but it seemed like that was abnormal. read more

I canceled before end of 2 week trial but they continued charging my credit card almost $100 every month for 6 months without sending receipts, billing charge reminders or any communication whatsoever. When I realized what had happened and emailed them there was no attempt to help or figure anything out and any refund whatsoever was refused even though they can clearly see I'd not logged into their system for the entire 6 months. I think it's unethical and sneaky not to communicate with your clients and send email receipts. I'm getting ready to file a BBB complaint since after only one canned reply back to me about policies, they're ghosting me now and not addressing the situation. I've never filed a negative review like this but felt I had to here. Be careful your cancellation is received because you won't get any correspondence from this company unless they're trying to upsell you. read more

If I could give it less I would. If you sign up with her app and want to try it DONT. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. It is $90 a month and I can't cancel it. Now I have to resort to refusing it. I have tried contacting them and nothing. BE WARNED. read more

First things first: why are yelpers posting about Tracy Anderson's DVD series on the yelp page for the studio? Their reviews are helpful, but this IS NOT the correct forum. So if you're looking for info on the actual studio IGNORE all of the reviews that mention "Metamorphosis." Now down to the nitty gritty. Cost: Memberships run from about $300-600/month with a 6 month commitment. Here's the breakdown when I joined: $300/month Unlimited Mat (Muscular Structure) and Dance (Cardio) classes $400/month Unlimited Mat, Dance, and 6-8 Band Classes (Muscular Structure) $600/month Unlimited Mat, Dance, Band, and Custom* (Muscular Structure, more about this later). I believe private training sessions are about $200/hr Classes: Offered all day, from very early morning to early evening but you must reserve your spot through their online booking system. The Custom* Program is a set of Muscular Structure (aka toning) exercises tailored to each individual based on their body measurements and supervised by a trainer. Think semi-private training sessions. Custom classes are offered all day long and are limited to 4 clients. Most of the time I find myself working out by myself with just one other client. Facilities: It's a small studio, but the space works for what they're doing. It's sometimes super cramped during peak class times, especially when there are multiple personal training sessions taking up space too. It is HOT and humid...but that's by design. They use space heaters AND humidifiers....ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhkkkkkkkkkk!!!! Tracy wants you to sweat! From what I understand it helps keep muscles warm and helps detox. I think I also may have read something about it helping the skin stay tight too. My BIGGEST and only complaint is that the facility lacks showers. That's the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Trainers: All gorgeous and lean with round, perky tushes! Very often, I find myself daydreaming about what life would be like if I had their perfect abs or lean arms but I digress.. They are all very helpful, friendly, and attentive. Bottom Line: This is the most amount of money I have EVER spent on fitness, but it is well worth the cost. I liken the Custom Programs to private training, so if you compare it to the cost of private training it's actually great value! read more

I would give this zero stars if I could. I am an adventurous exerciser always willing to try new classes so I was excited about this. Worst class I have ever taken. Absolutely no instruction at all and moves at such a fast pace that if you don't know what you are doing you are lost from the getgo. No thank you! read more

I would NOT recommend this place. I came in for my first class and was given zero instructions and guidance. I tried to ask questions but it was like puling teeth. I tired different times and classes to see if it was any different but received the same response. The staff is not rude they just dont guide or help. I only found one instructor that gave guidance and made sure I was doing each exercise correctly to avoid injury and ensure good form. But because I purchased a packaged I continued to go, and stuck to the 2 classes. After going for almost 4 weeks, I was told that the one of the classes I had been attending was for "members only." I tried to explain I had been taking the class for weeks and no one had said it was for members only and asked if they would make a one time exception since I was there and ready to workout and had childcare for that time, but they refused. Redeeming qualities: The space is beautiful and the facility is high end. Recommendations: If you do plan on going maybe buy the DVDs and practice so you are not so lost. Or just buy one class. Or pay for a private trainer. read more

Thy don't offer single classes or drop ins. I was told only option for a nonmember was purchasing 5 pack of private training sessions. Was not given price. I was told that prices would be discussed during the personal consultation, which was complimentary. If i lived close by I would love to have a membership to this gym or buy personal training every once in a while. Memberships started around $300/mo and personal training sessions for 5 were $1,000. The prices are steep, but the results don't lie! I am also a big fan of the DVDs. Met with Stacy and she was great! Super helpful even with choosing (or re-choosing) the right centric for me. Everyone was kind and friendly. The gym is small and HOT but its the right size, and has everything you would need. Music was loud when I went in as there was a class in session (only a few people in attendance, but I wouldn't mind that. more personal attention). If you can afford it and live where the commute to Studio City wouldnt ruin your life, make the trip! read more

I recently attended a masterclass at this location, and it was fabulous! The studio is gorgeous, first off. Its open and airy. There is a salon, gear to buy, and a very fancy locker room with all the amenities you could want. Also everyone who works there is very nice and welcoming. To newbies: just know the classes are heated so come mentally prepared for that. Also I personally don't like dance cardio classes, so I would recommend the mat classes. Very challenging and easier for me to follow than that cardio dance class, where I was literally flailing around like a fool while Tracy looked like a perfect gazelle in the forest or something! I just wish I could afford it all the time! (Sigh, the sad reality of having the same interests at the RHOBH, but not the income to match) read more

Just took my first class at TA and loved it! I took the definition class and expected it to be a bit of a boring mat class, but that was not the case. Right off the bat you warm up with an arm cardio routine, add in some hand weights, next move to the mat and strap on some ankle weights. The entire class you are moving! The exercises are all elongating moves. The choreography can be hard to keep up with, there isn't much instruction (there are other instructors who walk around to correct), but I can tell picking up the moves will get easier. The class I took was very light impact, yet got my heart rate up. I ended up buying a series of 10 classes. read more

I went into the studio to inquire about membership. Just bc I wasn't wearing my lulu lemons and i looked disheveled from just working out at Moore dancing (which always makes u feel at home), i was treated like Julia Roberts in pretty woman in the Rodeo drive scene... It always strikes me as odd that these young women who are prob in college and making minimum wage can devalue someone by the way they appear as if we can't afford it. Imagine? You make min wage and u are judging someone that makes a bit more. In NYC -being bicoastal-I've learned the richer people really don't appear rich. NONE of the three girls even looked up at me. I was handed a brochure without even eye contact and the vibe I got was one of disgust that I dare think I can fit in. It felt so discriminatory, sad and also it angers me. So basically bc I was in my $20 leggings-they rejected the daughter of a mayor and the founder of Fast Company magazine. I'm sure had they known that fact about me, or knew I employ 150 people at a Forbes rated marketing/events company, they would have treated me with at least eye contact. I mean I tried to ask a question and all three ignored me and helped the woman who was wearing lulu lemons. Working out is suppose to be a stress reliever, not a place you feel like you're outcasted. I will never go back, even with an apology. I have already told the women I see at the studio next door how they treated me and they too had the same reaction. Treat people kind and equally bc some of us can actually help your business. read more

Great staff and customer service. Very personable and positive energy. If your looking to sweat then I suggest that you join. Everyone here working out means business and are focus on bettering themselves and even willing to help and encourage you on your journey. Is the price kinda steep? Yes, but if your willing to put money into a new house car or outfit.....STOP WHINING ABOUT SPENDING CASH ON THAT A*S!!! You only get one body. Its not like you can go to Walmart and buy a better shape or abs. So spend the money and be a sexy hunny!! Your body deserve this and the world deserves to see the beautiful you that you me and the world believes that you can be. Also you can buy the DVD's as a plan B, but just do something. Be as lovely, classy, naughty, nice, sexy, and wonderful as you wanna be!! REMEMBER THE WORLD IS YOURS AND YOU ARE A (QUEEN/KING)! read more

I really like the Metamorphosis set of DVD's. I started working out August 1, and missed several workouts and am doing my own diet, because I can't buy all the stuff it takes to do her diet, and it's too time consuming. But today is the 22nd and I've lost 3 pounds and at least an inch off my waist. And that is with a lot of cheating on the weekends. But now, after reading all the negative postings, I am concerned that some of what I am doing is dangerous and may cause injury. I do have concern that my muscles aren't getting a very good workout. I don't want to lose my butt. Tracy's butt is kind of flat, to be honest. I am sure that has to do with her not working the big muscles, like her gluteus maximus. I do love the dance cardio workout!!!! To be fair, Tracy says you can free-style if you wish, just keep moving and jumping. I free-style a lot, because I can't jump non-stop for 30 minutes, but I am getting better and better, every day. And I am soaking in sweat at the end of 30 minutes. So, for that reason I love it. I also love that the 30 minutes literally flies by. I am always amazed how much I get into it, and can never believe it's over. I'll take some of these reviews into consideration and try not to hurt myself!! Thanks! read more

I booked a class as i do a blog on workout classes around the world. i am an instructor and was familiar with Tracy. I walked in and of course there was a kid with no social skills working at the front desk. He knew that it was my first time there, and offered no guidance or help, but of course he did get me to sign the all important waiver. I walked back into an extremely hot studio with music blasting so loudly that it hurt my ears, so I went to express my concerns, and was told that "we listen to it that high every day."...., you are doing something healthy for yourself but becoming deaf in the process. Tracy get it together! I was given earplugs LOL! Anyway, luckily am a dancer etc. so I figured out protocol. I expressed that I was new and NOBODY offered explanation, help, proper form etc. They really don't give a blank. On the positive side.....The music if at a lower decimal was great. The overall vibe I got from clientele and instructors was friendly, and the band class was very creative and fun, but I did not care for the high heat which is a preference. I think that I should go back and give a different type class there a try. I will continue to use earplugs,....Tracy please turn your music down :) read more

This review is based on my experience back in 2007 and my friends in 2009. First off you walk in and it has a cool-sexy vibe to it. They sold me on a 6 month package deal for hmmm- can't recall exactly but about $2500. I met with Tracy Anderson who is super tight, petite and adorable. Any sized 2 woman could easily aspire and believe they can attain a similar physique with much effort and proper diet. There is an initial consultation where you express your goals and they customize a routine for you on Tracy Anderson's customized version of a reformer. You sign up for classes online. You show up for your appt and there might be 2-6 people there for their customized workout but only 1-2 trainers to guide you. Sounds ok but if you're a bit slow like me, especially at 5:30 in the morning- it can be very frustrating. This was the most frustrating part of my workouts. If you are a bit uncoordinated and a little dense (moi) watch out because they don't really have the time to show you every move more than once, and they sure as heck can't maintain an eye on you to ensure you are doing them correctly. 2nd frustration: It was a bit clicky- if a regular client was working out that had established a relationship with the trainer- you end up feeling like you are interrupting their chat when you need assistance. Reality is if the instructor was 95% focused on the clients she/he would have enough time for everyone... 3rd irritation- they provide you with a 10 session workout and customize a new set after each 10 session is complete. Only problem is that it is sold as customized based on your results and goals. It turns out to be more of 10 routines they have and everyone gets rotated on them... My pregnant girlfriend just did a 3 month stint and was happy that she didn't buy a larger package. She shared complaint #3 primarily and felt they were always short staffed. She loved the mat classes but not the reformer and hated the sweaty, hot room. For the packages and price, I anticipate a much more polished and professional crew. I did get results and would consider going back if I lived closer and they addressed issues 1-3. read more

$500 to even go and see the place? Found that out months ago, then accidentally stumbled upon it yesterday and went in to ask what it was. When they told me with great disgust that I would have to ask, they were super rude and wouldn't look me in the eye. Like they were so exclusive they simply couldn't engage on that level. Been doing Tracy's tapes for years. Was a big fan and as a lifelong participant of classes and even very high end gyms I would have thought I'd have been her target member. But what is this? Really the price is ridiculous, but its not even about the money. I'd never pay 500$ to see a place on principal. And as a someone in the film industry who travels a lot, as I'd guess tons of their potential clientele are, I'd never join a place you absolutely cannot put on hold under any circumstances. This is just dumb. Are they only catering to people who want to show they spend wasteful amounts on things that make no sense? The Range Rover wives of LA with nothing but too much money and no common sense? While alienating the working cliental with simply too much self respect to throw money away just to prove they can? Such a shame for someone who is really good at something so many people would do, to choose being exclusive against reaching what should be her exact core audience.. Piles of people would do it in a heartbeat if they weren't simply ashamed to spent their money so stupidly. It turns me off of her, which is a shame. Any club this exclusive is one I'd be embarrassed to admit I was duped into being a part of. read more

Hello, back in May I wrote a review for Tracy Anderson's DVDs. In the 6 months that have gone by I have gone from a huge fan to a hater. After being a member of her community for over a year, after buying every DVD she has ever made including an ongoing subscription to her Continuity Program. I was a fan of Tracy even before the community exsisted. Yesterday when I got home from work after a long day I checked my email and found I had received an email from the community moderator Tessa. In her very long email to me she said that my posts to the forum asking questions....about changes made to the site...we're no longer appreciated. She explained to me that the site was for people looking for guidance and support with the workout and posts that pointed out the fact that the website did not function properly would be removed. They do not want new people going to the site and discovering.....well, that most of the time the site doesn't work properly. I am stunned. I have never made a post that is at all inappropriate. So after being a member for a long time and doing the DVDs for a long time..here is what you get when you order the Continuity Program. You will receive a set of DVDs that are edited so poorly they are barely doable. Some exercises are edited in twice for some reason...some whole sections are left off certain versions....you will not get a smooth workout as you will have to pause the DVD and rewind it in order to complete it. Many of the DVDs they send out are defective and do not play...when you are sent replacements....the replacements are defective and do not play. Customer Service is very slow responding to problems. The only posts being allowed in the community are ones of blind worship and adoration....if out of frustration you post your issues with Customer Service they will be removed and like me you will be sent a scolding from the moderator. So basically unless you wish to worship without question you will not receive any support from the community. read more

I've been exercising & dancing here for almost 3 months now & have become quite addicted. I crave taking attain definition and following it up with TAva dance class. The studio is heated so it makes the workout more challenging but you feel so good afterwards. The staff, instructors and clients are all very friendly. The teachers get along well and seem to be having fun working there and that energy rubs off on you. I'd been wanting to try the studio for a while but couldn't afford the yearly fee. However, you can now purchase class by class, or a class package, versus having to become a member. I haven't tried personal training but I can attest to the beautiful bodies that workout at this gym. This method does work. Plus I am feeling much stronger and more fit. Some classes are faster paced and harder to follow, plus routines change constantly so that your body doesn't get used to the workouts. There is also free parking at a parking structure behind the building. read more

I thought I was the only one. Unfortunately, I can't get my money back because I waited too late. But I've given the dvd's another try and I think there is some hope. BUT... AND THERE'S A BIG BUT!!! This dvd has no cue or direction. It's hard to keep your eye on her to make sure you have correct posture when on all 4's. When I finally get the position, she's moved on without uttering a word. She could've at least told us the counts so you know how long you're on your knees. YOU NEED A FLOOR MAT FOR SURE! She has ZERO personality and it seems like we're eavesdropping on her personal workout. Surely, this method works for her,but it needs to be more user friendly. THE DANCE/ CARDIO SUCKS! Can i get a "5-6-7-8" or at least some dance instructions. I feel like a bunny hopping around. After a few minutes of watching that I said there's no way I'm doing that. LOL! Having said all of that, after i concentrated on her body movements, i was able to get the movements and I saw some results in my chunky arms after 2 days--LOL! I will stick with it. read more

I injured my right back intercostal muscle trying to complete the idiotic injury inducing chair twisting leading into the arm work of day 21 thru 30. I knew the chair thing was NOT good idea but pushed myself anyway. I was very tired at that point of the workout. I had been doing days 1 - 11 cardio and floor work with success. The video workout is too complicated and difficult to follow and I am athletic and had dance all thru school. Always bothers me when Tracy does not move on the beat or give you heads up when moving to next sequence. PLEASE GET RID OF THE CHAIR! LIFTING THAT AROUND ALONE CAN CAUSE A MUSCLE PULL. JUST TOO COMPLEX OF A WORKOUT. I THINK IT WORKED FOR TRACY BUT NOT FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC. SORRY TO SAY. read more

I live for this place. Great music. Great instructors. And a focus on creating slender and strong bodies -- not bulky!!!

Thank you Tracy Anderson for robbing me of my girlfriend for 1 hour a day. Also you have made every topic of conversation somehow lead to you "Tracy" so thanks for that. I'll be honest though, my girlfriends butt looks real good now and she has, "like, so many endorphins for the rest of the day". All in all only 4 out of 5 stars because my girlfriend won't stop talking about you now. Keep up the good work Tracy... read more

If there was an option of no stars at all, that would be my choice. About the studio: extremely crowded (way over capacity, I wonder what the fire department thinks of it), unsanitary filthy (department of sanitation would shut down this place in no time!), unhealthfully loud. About the method: I was tied to a 6 month membership,(most places give you a class for free or even paying, but not bounded by a contract). I did it 2 hours per day, 6 days a week for almost 6 months. My goal was to lose only 10 pounds, but I only lost 5. The method has ZERO instruction, no guidance whatsoever by the trainers and even if they wanted to do it, the music is required to be so extremely loud that it is impossible. The "members" that have basic membership are treated like third class customers, no matter how early you arrive to get your spot for the group class, if you are "on the way" of a private class (which shares the same space as the group class and are regularly scheduled at the same time) you a required to move. No respect! The impact of the cardio on your joints is pretty high. In order to lose any weight, you have to keep jumping, that's why their routines include a lot of jumping moves. I got an injury after my fifth month and also saw a lot other people injured after a while as well as their trainers! Also, the mat exercises have a lot of impact on your wrists and knees. About the trainers: I'm pretty sure a lot of them in other environment would be fantastic trainers, unfortunately they don't engage into any guidance during the class, there is no explanation or instruction of what you should be experiencing in your body. The method is design to follow, but there is a lot of room for injury. Every month or so Tracy Anderson herself teaches a class. At first I was excited about it, but it quickly grew old; the lady not only ALWAYS arrives fashionably 30 minutes late, but also there is no apology, no sign of respect for her clients, not even "good evening, everyone!" A lot of us thought it was extremely rude. Overall, I believe the result for each person is different, it also depends on your discipline with your meals. The method just lacks too many basic things that make it unsafe, it has a lot of wear of your knees, wrists, and ankles. It is way too expensive to receive such a poor client service. read more

Went to one of the studios while on vacation and LOVED it! I don't live near a facility, so I ordered her DVD method. Not quite the same workout as in person-but still challenging. The most frustrating part was, they kept billing me and sending me more DVD's!!! When I called the customer service line to be refunded for the most recent shipment, they were rude and condescending and refused to refund me based on their 30-day policy-the invoice that came with the shipment did not have a date printed and did not even mention that I had 30 days to get a refund. The DVD's are still in their original packaging but they still refused to take them back-WHAT A SCAM!!!!! Based on this, I will not be returning to any Tracy Anderson facility or recommend them for any reason-there are so many other options for people, you would think this company would want to keep customers happy and returning. read more

I am starting week #4 of Tracy's Omni- Metamorphosis. I am TOTALLY AMAZED at the results I am having! I have lost 18 lbs and OVER 10 inches total (so far)!!!! I am following the menu and the exercises and I truly can't believe how great I feel. When I started I was 223lbs. I have danced/done gymnastics in my life, the cardio was a bit overwhelming at first, but I'm taking my time with learning everybit of it because I was SO out of shape. I am currently doing 25 minutes every day (not quite the full 30 yet-That will come. And I am doing my best with the transform DVDs. The studio is a hole in the wall and filthy! Sweat smell and puddles of muddy sweat all over the floor. The reception area had about 2 or 3 folding chairs and the closet size office had no ventilation and had a cheap desk and 2 ugly and worn-out dirty chairs. The "team" was incompetent and lazy. I waited a week for the initial consultation and was promised a free full body assessment with the consultation but was informed that the body assessment is only done when I sign up. The receptionist informed me that the "team" will explain the nutrition/food line but the "team" sent me back to the receptionist to get info on the food line. Everything the "team" told me, I could have read online. A total waste of my time! I was willing to pay the $600 a month membership fee if the place impressed me. This place disgusted me! read more

I ordered the dvd's with great excitement and after 2 days of 'trying' to do them I think Tracey is trying to kill me! I am soooo disappointed with everything!
