The best Customer Service ever. Working for a fleet company we use many towing services. My driver…read morewas stuck in over 2 feet of snow for 12 hours. I had three other towing companies state they could not even gain access to my driver. I found Megan and T&T on the internet. She assured me that it would take a bit of time, but her Tow drivers are the best and don't quit and I would have my driver and truck back on the road. A woman of her word and with the best guys around on the scene, my truck and driver have been rescued, right in time for Christmas too. Thank you Megan and to your hard working crew. Dealing with you and your company was an absolute pleasure. Me being in the customer service industry, I pride my self on quality above all else. Megan and her whole team at T&T Automotive & Towing can not be TOPPED !!! Thank you Rob Sheaffer @ Wheels Inc.

Plus Casey will be very up front about what works absolutely needs to be done and what is optional. This has been a real plus for us since we have a habit of driving older cars that always have something "wrong" with them but it's not necessarily something that needs fixing right away. For an honest mechanic and quality work this is the shop to frequent.
