AND VEEERRY ARROGANT. 7 years of running a business and this is your apology? That's the first I ever heard of a manager brag about how long they've been running a spot. Yelp was put in place so we can let the world know our experience. Sadly my experience was WAY UNSATISFACTORY. Even the apology from Management that was posted on my last review was WAY UNSATISFACTORY. Specially when the establishment likes to discredit you for your patronage. DISGUSTING I love how this place treat their patrons. Extremely Condescending and Removed. Good luck,,, if you wanna compare notes. My bank can produce statements from your place. My mom bought her dog in for a grooming appointment, and the experience was beyond disappointing…read more The dog growled once out of nervousness , nothing aggressive, just fear , and the staff immediately turned her away without even trying to calm her or assess the situation. What made it worse was the customer service. One staff member was outright rude when turning my mom away, and another gave her a very disrespectful dirty look, as if we were inconveniencing them for showing up. This was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I even called the team lead afterward to explain what happened, and she didn't bother apologizing or showing any empathy. She acted like the situation didn't matter and offered no solution. Any groomer should know how to handle nervous dogs with patience and compassion , and the staff here showed neither. If your pet is even slightly anxious, or if you expect basic respect when you walk in, I would not recommend coming here. There are far better groomers who actually care about their clients (both pets and people).

On entering there was a variety of pet supplies and to the back there were various puppies. I put my eye on a white maltese. I was asked if I wanted to see one and of course I said yes. We went to a room to have a little play time. I was hooked. The process went smoothly. They explained to me about what shots he had and that he would require a doctors visit. There was also a guarantee that the dog was in good health. I packed up on a few items and I was now a puppy dad. I would recommend this place as a great place to grab supplies or a great pet. It was a good experience.

I moved from Philadelphia to Michigan in September for work. Shortly after, I moved my puppy,…read moreHuckleberry Finn, out to the mitten state as well. Due to the crazy work schedule I have and the fact that traveling is what I do for work, I needed a little extra help taking care of Finn when I wasn't around nor was my roommate. Pauline is a dream! She was eager to meet Finn, as I was eager to meet her. She stopped over for an afternoon visit to meet the puppy and help me understand the services she offered. By not boarding my dog, I was able to get him adjusted to his new life in Michigan a little faster. In Philadelphia he always had a fenced in backyard to run around in, here we live off of a golf course. I also had the chance to meet Pauline's associate, Sally, quickly on another day. Both ladies truly care about the well being of each pet and they always leave little notes about the visit. Pauline and/or Sally are available on short notice which is perfect because I get called out for work on short notice! Prices are comparable to the boarding facilities in the area but the short notice availability is what sold me on this service. I highly recommend Pet Company, LLC and Pauline to anyone looking for the occasional dog walker or someone to stop by daily for your pet.
