Very good service and prices. Tony also lets us know when he visits our dog and is courteous of our home.

Where to start??? We have 2 bad reviews for 2 separate appointments, you know that saying that says…read more"Try everything 3 times" DO NOT. We will not be back the 3rd time to Belleville Healthy Paws. Our dog was getting sick and we set up an appointment at the Belleville location, Then one evening she took a bad turn while waiting for our appt, we called to try and get her in earlier and they said the Dr. was not interested in staying later and to call the Westland location.. so we went there-- it was a nice office.. and the Vet stayed after hours to see out pet and got her all the meds and everything. so 5 stars for Westland. With that being said, lets circle back to the Belleville location.. The Walls and floor were disgusting but that's Besides the point Our Cat at this point had an ear infection. The one stars on this location do not linger from the truth. So we get there, the guy at the front desk is super rude and incompetent. Moving forward, we waited 38 minutes to be seen past our scheduled time, then once we got into the room we waited another 20-- our cat had some type of yeast infection on the outside of her ear that stunk.. so of course I relayed this information. The Dr. told me that if its external its also internal. so they take her in the back... and then bring her back to me with the syringe of medicine saying they couldn't get it all the way in and ill have to do it when i get home... to then be sent home with the rest of the medicine and a $500 bill... great... Fast forward 2 weeks.. the infection has gotten twice as bad and I call to get her in again.. they let me know that that Dr. is no longest in the office and I will be charged for another exam and more medication for this visit as well. So after arguing with the front desk and management. Needless to say, we wont be returning. Good luck to all if you go to the Belleville location, which sucks! Becuase that location is minutes from us and the westland is about a 1/2 hour.

I'm honestly questioning whether or not they did anything since I didn't see them do it. Anyway, I was assured his scripts would be sent to pharmacy. Next day, they call to give results and I asked again if the scripts were sent it, was told yes. I call pharmacy hours later and they have nothing. I call office back to as about this. First, the say the scripts were sent. Then they say they gave me the scripts yesterday, which they did not. Then the rude woman on the phone tells me I have to come pick it up in the next 15 minutes because they no longer send scripts to pharmacies! SAY WHAT??? Since when??? This lady then tells me "Stop yelling at me! I'm doing the best I can!" This lady is RUDE and a LIAR! Now, my dog is without his meds because these people can't seem to do their job. And again, this doctor said I could only get additional scripts if he had bloodwork. Inpaidnfor the bloodwork, but I don't know that it was actually done. Then, they screwed me on the scripts needed. I plan to report them to the BBB. And that rude woman at the desk needs to be FIRED! All negative reviews are about how rude she is.

I hired the Fur Ball Society to take care of my two cats and fish for a few days. While I was gone,…read moreI got a message from Fur Ball saying that my aquarium filters were making noise but they had "fixed" them. I came home to find the aquarium filters had been taken apart with a piece floating in the tank. One of my fish got stuck in the disassembled filter and had died. They also had left a bunch of lights on. I messaged Fur Ball about this. They acknowledged that they took the filter apart. They could have easily contacted me first before tampering with my aquarium but they chose not to. There did not give a refund; they did not even a mention that my fish was dead. They ignored my last messages. Pet sitters aren't supposed to kill your pets. They should have contacted me about the aquarium and they should have apologized for what they did. I'm sorry to leave this negative review but this was a pretty disappointing experience. Update: Updating my review based on the response I received below. My fish did indeed die while in their care. I discovered it a couple days after I returned but by then it was decayed because it had been dead for some time. I did mention to them that my fish had died. I hadn't expressed my disappointment because I wanted to maintain a cordial relationship. I've since changed my mind and chose to share my experience.

Some folks are even afraid of her! So, when we found out about Dozy Cat's grand opening landing on the exact day of our trip, it felt like fate. From the very first interaction, Christine--the owner of Dozy Cat--made us feel completely at ease. Her confidence, compassion, and sense of humor immediately calmed our nerves. When I mentioned how "difficult" Minnow could be, Christine replied, "She may be challenging, but I'm up for it! It will be tough on her to be indoors." She even cleared her Sunday just to give Minnow extra adjustment time. Who does that? A true cat whisperer. Christine went above and beyond before Minnow even arrived--sending updates, prepping her space thoughtfully, and even installing a bird feeder outside the window to keep Minnow entertained. That level of care and consideration blew us away. Every day while we were gone, we received updates and adorable photos--each one met with eager anticipation by my husband and daughter. Watching Minnow slowly open up to Christine was nothing short of a miracle. When we saw the video of Minnow rubbing up against her legs? We were speechless. That's when we knew: Minnow wasn't just "okay"--she was thriving. We are 100% certain we couldn't have found a better place or person to care for Minnow. Knowing she now has a second home at Dozy Cat is the greatest relief. If you're a cat lover looking for a place where your feline friend will be genuinely understood, pampered, and loved--look no further.
