He did a fantastic job and I was electronically was told my vehicle was completed. At the cashier, Ruby made sure that all the services that I asked for were completed and went over the paperwork to make sure it was correct, which was exactly as we discussed and I happily paid for a service that was perfect. Marked the oil filter on my car so I knew if it had been change got it home crawled under and lo and behold same filter as when I left the house they did not change it and oil still looked dirty. Before this incident I had prior to this I took my truck in (Ram 3500). They said it was too big to do oil change in. My previous vehicle was a Ram 2500 had oil change at Walmart plenty of times. So the minds that be said 2500 is ok but 3500 is too big. The only number that represents is the weight that the suspension can hold. It's literally the same engine oil filter and oil exactly the same. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE.

All the techs were very busy, but the battery was tested, found faulty, and replaced in an hour, which is what Salvador told me to expect when I dropped the car off. I went today and everything looked terrible... not watered and half dead. Still asking $50 for an outdoor pot of plants when they are crispy is just wrong. Also, put the boxes for plants outside so we can carry them more easily. I miss the low carb and healthy foods they used to offer. I went there for diabetic friendly snacks, and now I can't find them any more. One day I went in and had a large order. The owner was by the cashier at the beginning of the process, but walked away. The cashier was lovely and asked if I wanted a bag. I said yes because I had forgotten mine. She filled the one bag and then stacked the rest on the counter. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said, " no, but I'd love another bag." She made a face and said, we are only supposed to use one. I told her that I would happily pay the bag fee for another, but she'd already closed the transaction. I told her it was fine and I'd figure it out. She looked around to make sure no one was watching and gave me another bag. If I'm getting enough stuff to fill more than one bag, I should be able to get more than one bag. I'm paying for it. Just weird.
