As I have gotten older sometimes convenience out weighs going to the store and facing the frustrations of no electric scooter carts available or the store being out of what I intended to buy. My successful change has been enrolling in the Walmart Plus program and shopping at home online from my local store at Walmart.com The advantages of shopping this way: I place an order online and have the delivery made directly to my door. I don't have to search the store for hard to locate items, the Walmart employer has the tool to find each item. If they were out of the item it gets shipped to me for no extra fee and arrives within several days. The disadvantages of shopping on Walmart.com: I never order perishable items such as meat or produce. Occasionally the employee pulls the wrong item, i.e. can fruit in fruit juice vs .can fruit sugar free but returns are welcome at the Service desk in the store if I really care about the error. I still shop in person in the garden center, or produce but shopping online has saved me alot of gas,time,and frustration.

If you need groceries, go to Kroger!…read more As far as everything else, it's fine enough, just your basic Walmart, but just don't buy food from here. The freezer section is regularly shut down. I once saw them put milk out for clearance on regular unrefrigerated shelves... the produce, and meat always looks meh. If a product bursts in shipping, they don't take time to wipe down the surrounding products and will just place spoiled food covered products on the shelves. I just haven't been impressed.

It's been a minute since my family shopped the outlet. Its website shared how many new shops had…read moreopened and it made the experience better to have more to choose from. The food court is huge with indoor and patio seating. The bathroom is centrally located and is kept in good shape. We enjoyed a pit stop for pizza slices and pasta. I appreciate how well the open air shopping offers cover from the weather, both rain and sun. In each aisle there's patio seating and tables, plus riding toys for the smaller kids. So much parking - plus a few restaurants next door for food and drink options. Overall, a good shopping experience for all members of the family. We had a free afternoon and spent 3+ hours together, each leaving with a couple of items.

H & M is more economical but you have to be mindful of the quality of the item. I'd say the demographic leans toward teen to young adult for the bulk of items. If you plan to shop soon, they currently have several neutrals (coats, sweaters and tops) of creams and browns. It really put me in the mood to appreciate fall fashion. First, customer service, there is no customer service. We've been in this store three times, and we have yet to encounter a sales person or anyone working at this location. Second, we have given better clothes to the Salvation Army or the local Goodwill. I mean, "new" shouldn't mean holes or ripped apparel. Finally, H&M shouldn't have to be concerned about someone taking advantage of a five finger discount at this location.

I ended up checking out with another worker who was younger with brown hair.. i had better luck with her. **I am not Caucasian... there was an uncomfortable elephant in the room to how the older lady treated certain customers. Visited on 4/17/21. I was a cold (well cool), rainy, dreary day and not really a good one to walk…read morearound an open mall. Although, it was rainy and cool, I had a wonderful experience on the day that I visited. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful even though the store was full of patrons. One staffer stood outside the front door to control the number of people who entered the store. Inside, other staffers answered questions and helped the customers navigate all the great deals and displays in the store. One staffer told me that they regularly have a 40 - 50% off sale that runs continuously. In addition, they were having an "end-of-the-season" sale for last season's items. This MASSIVE discount sale is 70% off of the retail price, then an additional 20% off of that price. Well...after hearing that, I had to go a little crazy with my selections. I bought a few Mother's Day gifts and a couple things for myself. So, I bought 5 medium-sized bags and one eyeglass case for less than $85.00. Of course, the "massive" sale will continue until last season's merchandise is gone I still cannot get over the feeling that I was a supreme shopper on this day. I think that's what outlet shopping is all about....that feeling that you bought something that you either wanted or needed at an excellent discount. It just makes you feel good. Overall, I think that anyone who likes Vera Bradley merchandise can really find a nice deal at this store, especially with the regular 40% - 50% off prices.

Even though my kids have grown out of most things at Hot Topic, we still enjoy visiting the store…read moreat the outlet. My husband and sons often snag band tees on sale or clearance. This store will thrive as long as kids and adults love pop culture, music, and accessories. The associates were easy to find at the register and checkout was quick.

I'm not a huge fan of Family Dollar Stores but I was at Governor Square for a medical appointment…read moreso I decided to run in for some greeting cards. What I was looking for Autumn, Fall, Friendship, Thanksgiving. What I found Halloween! Hey folks it's November 11, Halloween is long past. The other thing I was quickly reminded of Family Dollar doesn't mean cards are one Dollar. These cards were $2 or $3 each. The smell of the store was peculiar but it didn't matter because I promptly left. The clerk at the cash register did acknowledge me as I left but I wasn't sure if it was more of a ploy to see if I was leaving the store with merchandise that I wasn't paying for. I'm still not a fan of Family Dollar and it will be years before I stray back in this one.

This outlet is crammed packed with clothes, unfortunately maybe too much. It is generally not wide…read moreenough for double strollers to pass through most aisles so you have to get creative. Otherwise decent prices on most items with some real good steals!

As compared to other outlet stores and/or retail Old Navy locations, my visit here was…read moredisappointing. The racks and shopping area felt messy and lacked styling. Clearance was average and felt small in inventory, especially for an outlet store. Old Navy continues to carry a plethora of Jean styles and if their first works for you, it's worth keeping this store on your list. The rest of the items felt thinner and cheaper in quality.

This store is closing and based on my visit today it really isn't a shock. The powers that be here…read moredecided it would be great for business to place the worlds grumpiest elderly woman in charge of roaming the store and enforcing the most mundane and pointless of rules. For example, as my family was checking out (they were the only ones in line) someone approached. Thankfully old grumpy lady was there to rudely point out where the line started. We are all so relieved when she moved the man 3 feet over from where he was standing. As I sat and waited on my daughters to try on clothes, I was told I couldn't sit there. Why? I'll never know. I can't imagine anyone enjoying their shopping experience with this nasty heifer grazing the store.

However, the one in Cincy will be going out of business in January. On the way home to AL I stopped by this location thinking they would have a good choosing of designer shoes, and boy was I majorly disappointed. They didn't have one major designer shoe at all. I was completely shocked by this considering Cincy had more options. I assumed most Saks Off 5th were the same. I know they don't carry the same styles or exact same shoes, but I at least thought they would carry the same amount of designer options. However, this location I feel may be a bigger store and was more organized. The choices were slim and nothing to report home about. It reminded me of a Nordstrom except with not as many good choices as Nordstrom. This location was not what I expected, and they did not have the options that I expected them to have.
