So it is being shipped to old address where someone else lives. I am very far from there as well. So now I can only file a complaint about not receiving my order 5 days after it get delivered. Not even guaranteed to get a refund. What type of customer service is this. I have never had a complaint not update shipping info for order when it had not even been processed yet before.

Also a ticket for in store raffle, be sure to ask at check out as no one spoke mentioning any of this! I browsed around for a good 15-20 minutes and was never greeted or spoken to. This speaks loudly of lack of training in the basics of customer greeting. Despite this I still purchased some fun items but didn't shop as much as I might've had it been a friendlier vibe. It definitely occurs more often at this Westport Rd location than the Shelbyville plaza location I pop into more frequently.

One in particular was very helpful with helping us search for items on the website since the size my mother needed was not available in store. And since we choose ship to store, since it's free to ship to the store, we will definitely be going back to pick up the items. The shop owners are two older women, very sweet and kind. I felt as though I was shopping with my own grandma. The selection is a bit more mature than I prefer, but we did find some Torrid and Lularoe pieces. You can tell they take great pride in their business and are very connected to their customers.
