I go there often, mainly for dog supplies and use the bathing facilities for my 3 dogs but I love the Red Shed decorations too. The staff is really friendly. The store is welcoming and most times has everything you need. I have done online store pick up ordering. You should call and check if what your ordering is in stock. Sometimes the website says they have it, but when you get there they don't. So don't trust the website. They do go out of their way to help you. One thing I think they REALLY should consider is to add some type of way to contact an employee if you are busy washing your dog. One time, the tub was backed up with hair in the drain. I had to take my long haired dog, sopping wet, out of the tub, take out the heavy drain mat and pull all the hair out. It was a mess. I'm 70 years old. LOL OH and one more thing, I checked the air intake on the dryer, it had inches of hair all stuck to it. That will burn it out. Remind the employees that clean up to check the dryers for that. read more

I like this store! The dogs needed new beds and other supplies so we stopped here. First, the staff... They were extremely helpful and friendly. Bobbie helped us obtain information about a shed we are building. Her customer service was excellent. Other staff were just as helpful answering our questions. It was refreshing to shop at a business that wanted our business! The store has everything including, poultry, pig, equine, and feline supplies and feed. Other items in stock include clothing, tools, toys, farm supplies, etc. It was fun shopping here. I guess I'm a country girl at heart and proud of it! read more

I visited earlier this week to look at Sheds but was told that they have to be ordered on line. While there the wife and I looked around. The place is pretty eclectic based on its namesake. As I walked in there was clothing and shoe apparel to my left walking straight back you had animal feed and treats from a dog to a chicken. Lots of tools and even a Christmas area. All in all a pretty cool place...ended up purchasing 2 dog beds for $23 ea. Good prices, friendly staff and plenty of parking. read more

I was trying to save a dying baby bunny on Sunday and while on my way to tractor supply I noticed I may get there when they're trying to close. I called ahead and I know I had a lot of attitude (due to the situation I was in) and as soon as I got there they immediately called for someone to assist me at the dog food section (I didn't ask anyone for help, they prepared for my arrival) and they gave me what I needed and gave me some advice on how to help the bunny. I apologized for my attitude on the phone and they all helped me with a smile on their face despite it being 5 minutes till close and despite the attitude I gave them prior to showing up. I am completely furious with this store. I tried to check inventory of some chicken wire online and it stated to call the store to confirm. So I call and 2 different people said the computer showed several of the 2 sizes I was looking for. So I immediately drove all the way there; which was way out of my way, to pick them up. Can't find things here that I bought when I lived in Georgia a few months ago, like the steel welded panels for animals.

I'm not going to lie, I have no idea how to rate a tractor supply. They have horse and goat feed...cowboy boots (some with steel toes)...glue traps...I will say that as an engineer in the construction industry I was really happy with the selection of women's button up plaid shirts and Carhartt gloves. Like all other farm and fleet or farm general stores there is a selection of toy CAT equipment for the kids and auto or welding supplies for the big kid. Do you need a generator or an electric fire place? Those are in stock too. read more

I have been a long time customer. I buy horse food, cat items, dog items, etc. They NEVER have the things in stock I go for even though their online link says they do. The employees are lazy and could not be bothered to help. I have actually seen an employee go and hide in the back rather than ask a customer if they could help. Can never find anyone to look in the back for what should be on the shelf. I guess I will have to find a new place to shop. read more
