I am very disappointed in Alsip nursery...believe me, I will continue to buy my plants from HOME DEPOT....I've NEVER lost one from there.

Whens some the of the plants didn't grow the way Roger thought that they should, he took it upon himself to replace them quickly, which we appreciated. Roger and RAL also maintain, check, shut off, and turn on our sprinkler system, and they are right on top of things with our system, repairs, adjustments, etc., they do it all. Their prices are fair, their work is done right the first time, and Roger is an honorable businessman. We would highly recommend them without reservation.

The flowers are beautiful but what is more important to me is customer service. This guy was not friendly at all. What a shame his customer service skills weren't at least half as nice as the arrangement. He needs to keep in mind when people on the other side of the counter are ordering flowers they could be going through something. I will never order from here again even though the arrangements are beautiful.
