    Awful experience. They delivered the wrong flowers a day late without the note I wrote for the…read moreorder. Theses were for an anniversary. The ordered flowers were red and white, they substituted with the most generic yellow flowers... I called and asked for something else and was told he didn't have time for my shit and that it was too damn far to deliver to her house! It is 8.4 MILES TO HER HOUSE!!! A 12 minute drive is damn far for this shit? Avoid these people at all costs!

Yes, I speak English perfectly fine, as ou should know since you spoke with me on the phone despite hanging up on me 4 different times. They delivered my flowers to the wrong address, and then told me I had to cancel my order, but pay an extra $5 to cancel. I would have been fine with this, but upon asking why I had to pay extra when they incorrectly delivered my flowers, Jerry began to raise his voice, and tell me he wasn't going to pay it because it was delivered to the wrong place. When I stated there is no mention on the website that I would have to pay extra money to have my order cancelled or that the flowers couldn't be delivered to the correct place, he asked me "DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH?" At this point, I began to ask for his name, which he just hung up on me. I called back asking for the manager, he claimed he was, I then asked for the owner and he completely dodged the question, yelled at me some more, and then claimed he was the owner. I said he wasn't since he had just mentioned he was the manager. He yelled at me a bit more before hanging up on me once more. I called again and this time got Jenna. I asked for the owner and she claimed Jerry was and that he had stepped out, and then she hung up on me. I called again and asked for the owner's name, and she said, Jerry. And as I went to ask another question, she immediately says "IS THAT ALL YOU NEED?" At this point, I want to give them the same exact treatment that they have given to me, and being yelling, instead I just hang up the phone. Not worth buying flowers from, since they'll said them to the wrong address, but blame you and make you pay extra.
