No apology, no attempt to fix the situation, and the manager Jonathan handled it with zero urgency or professionalism. If your team wants to close early, stop accepting pickup orders you clearly don't plan on fulfilling.

The bakers are always so nice and patient on the phone with all my wants. They can have it ready as early as the next day. The sweets always come out better than expected. I suggest having them bake any celebration cake as necessary and they deserve a raise, (I said it!!!). They go above and beyond. This week I ordered two more birthday cakes and I am so excited to see how they turn out.

And, like so many grocery stores now a days, they had pie specials... - $3.14 for two slices (mix n match flavors) - $3.14 for a half pie (same flavor) - $3.14 off a full pie We got a couple slices and some chicken which we grilled back at the restaurant.
