They took excellent care of my cat and me (emotional wreck seeing my cat bleeding from his mouth). Quick assessment and they took him back to fix him up. Customers frequently have difficulty returning items- even WITH receipt. Avoid if possible! This used to be a great place to shop, but has really gotten lousy the last year or so.
