After I returned home from my business trip I called them and said that I would like to pick up my dog. I picked her up the lady at the front desk was very nice and understanding. I asked about a return of the $120 that was paid. They did not want to return the money I told them that no services were rendered and that was Not acceptable. I left my phone number. They checked with one of the owners. They charge me $60 to put my dog in the freezer. We've done business with them before but I will never do business with them again. I could understand possibly thirty dollars but Sixty dollars is outrageous for nothing.

I contacted them and asked for the discount since it was within 30 days and the owner laughed. Many professional companies offer price protection within 30 days of purchase, unfortunately this is not one. Its not so much the discount, its the manner in which Joel handled the conversation. Subsequently, I planned on another purchase in May 2025 for retail of almost $12,000 but now will find another company. The smug attitude of the owner and the lack of a reasonable price protection policy leads me to think "buyer beware". I have high doubts this company would stand behind its products if any issues arrive. I say, find another company. We as consumers need to make businesses honerable by shopping elsewhere.
