I left because i was literally told to go to walmart by a MECHANIC to get it done and i trust my MECHANIC FRIEND more than i trust a STRANGER MECHANIC. Monday 9/22/25 I went to Wayne's tire and it took them about 5 minutes to do the job. They never mentioned anything about the quality of the tires I brought in.

The store has a good selection of clothing and home essentials like cookware and bedding. Every time you buy something they give you kohls cash which I always lose anyway but it gives you more discounts for repeat shopping. My only complaint is that Kohls always seems to draw in cranky old ladies trying to cut lines and run me over with shopping carts, other than that for Ottumwa it's probably the best location to buy clothing.

I wish I would have read the other bad review before shopping at this store. I purchased a pair of…read moreshoes at this location and a few weeks later the shoes came apart. I am a retail manager for a huge department store. I would be so embarrassed for the manager at this store (Trystan Fanning) to be employed with our company. He was rude and yelling over customers that were in the store. I asked him for his regional managers number , his reply was he was the boss . Of course I know he is not signing checks for employees. I called another store to get his boss's number and I complained about the service I received. I would never spend another $1 in any of these stores. Of course Trystan had excuses for his behavior and seemed to me his manager took his side. I know that I spent $ in this store almost$100,00 and it's not my fault that after wearing these shoes twice they came apart. I also had a receipt. I will tell anyone who will listen don't spend your $ in this store, instead go to foot locker or another shoe store that reminds its employees and manager that "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" especially when you've sold defective products. So Ive been going to walmaet for the last three days trying to get my ears peirced but every time…read moreive gone no one has been there which was annorying and made me a little ticked ticked me off but thats not why im posting this. We ended up going to Claire's at the mall, where Nastassie (i was her name) helped me. She was the only one working so she had to go between peircing my ear and helping other customers. She was did an amazing job and was great to talk to. She was excited to do my ears and made me feel like i was special. I just wanted to say she did a an amazing job!
