I went to Rue 21 to return some knit tights that I bought 4 days earlier because i wore one pair…read morefor 2 hours and they were falling apart at the seams and upon closer inspection I saw holes throughout. The associated explained to me very rudely that she would not return these b/c I was the one that made the holes, they are one size fits all and sometimes they pull apart when stretched too much. She was basically insinuating I was too large to for the tights (I am 5'7" size 6) She was closer to 5'4" size 10-12, I asked to speak to the manager, she happily informed me she was in fact the manager. She went on to explain that if she were to return these she was get fired.... I am pretty sure they do not have that strict of a policy based on their decision in management. I read the receipt to her where is stated you can return merchandise within 30 days of purchase, she said we would never sell tights like this, therefore they are not in the same condition you purchased them in so i cannot do the return, credit or exchange. She was snarky and it became very evident that we were getting nowhere with this. To sum this up I will not ever shop at Rue 21 again and I will advise all that I know to do the same.

It's so refreshing to see real people's handmade art instead of random workers in China. Shopping at Windsor today, 5 pm on a Saturday and experienced the worst customer service ever…read more There was a very long wait for the fitting rooms, we waited for twenty minutes and were halfway to fitting rooms when their employee started scolding the entire store like we were misbehaving children- she yelled for everyone to hear, stating we all lost privileges to the fitting rooms because people aren't picking up after themselves so fitting rooms were closed. Many people mentioned how long they've been waiting as well as the fact people were polite in line and again were told we all lost our privileges to a fitting room and if we don't like it we can leave- exactly what was done not only losing a lot of business today but future sales as well. Looking at Google reviews this is a huge trend of this store so I question if it's policy and acceptable since it is a long standing complaint but its terrible business. There are too many options of where to spend our hard earned money to do so at a place that treats customers so terrible- fitting rooms aren't a privilege, it's a must prior to people handing over their hard earned money for your merchandise. I will never return or reccomend abd hoping to save someone the frustration we went through wasting our time in this store today.

I believe they really want their customers to be happy. If there is something that isn't right about an order, they have free returns and exchanges for customers in the U.S., and they accept returns and exchanges for international orders as well (although I see that there are fees for intl. shipping and exchanging). Thank you Overland for being a great presence in Fairfield, and also for your website that is fun to peruse. I am looking forward to purchasing more products from Overland in the future.

I have to stop and . . . just browsing OK? I still have that coat, btw, and still fits me! I walked right in this camel (never had camel jacket before) jacket with dark brown leather trim and top-stitchings. I couldn't buy it because the sleeves were too long, but the friendly nice salesclerk insisted they can alter it for me AND they will mail it to my home in Portland! How can I turn that down? I still have that jacket, today, as I type for my 2nd review. Camel is not my color, but it's PERFECT for Autumn, and this year, I've been wearing my camel jacket to go with my camel ankle boots, bought from Spain. I'm so happy, camel color IS for me after all! The color? Perfect! The length of the sleeves . . . well, I've had one longer that that before and I still have it, so who cares, and so what! I'm still happy! The style? I LOVE IT 2x! The brand? I'll recommend it and doing this review! The service? FAST & SATISFIED. Where is it made? INDIA.
