I examined it under a magnifying glass and there were big chunks of gold missing from around the sides and it had deep scratches over the side. I returned it to the store and they did fix it. However, when I picked it up this time the ring was smaller and the top height and thickness on both rings were ground down at least an 1/8 of an inch and the posts that they fixed the first time were ground down flat again. This is very upsetting when your ring has always sat up higher and now one is almost flat on my finger. WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING THERE AGAIN!!!

Fast-forward 20 years later, while I don't live in Kirksville anymore, I continually order (never had a problem receiving, either!) and stop in to make a purchase when I'm in town. The entire staff is so wonderful and have always gone above and beyond to help not only me, but my family. I completely trust and have confidence in this jeweler and stand by their product and service! Also I purchased a ring from them and after one diamond fell out and they fixed it they said they would not fix it again. They also lied about the test results of one of my diamonds to a potential buyer. So now I have two broken rings one which they sized and one which the diamonds fell out of that they will not fix. Terrible service will Not shop there or do businesses with them again. I do Not recommend doing Business with these ladies ever again!
