Tractor Supply is a good store to shop for all your farm, livestock and garden needs. They have a great selection of animal feeds, fencing and other items at good prices and if you need fast delivery, it's available. Unlike other feed stores, TSC has longer hours and is open weekends. There is no cost to sign up to their Neighbors Club program and I've enjoyed additional perks from being a member. On a recent visit, I was able to buy a bale of hay when other feed stores were closed. They offer a large selection of dog and cat foods, as well as horse, chicken and various feeds for different animals. They have a variety of barn supplies as well as garden supplies. They have a good selection of fencing and if you can't find it in the store, their online shopping is great. This store is in a convenient location and they are welcoming to customers. Last time I shopped there, a very nice store employee loaded my car in the rain. This kind of service is why I'll continue to shop at Tractor Supply. read more

I am a Tractor Supply Superfan. This store is absolutely wonderful. The staff are incredibly helpful-ALWAYS! I am a Neighbor's Club Member and it is the BEST customer experience. The Naples store has a staff that could not possibly be nicer. They default to YES with every customer inquiry that I have had. I run Ghost Orchid Ranch a nearby animal rescue and horse ranch. I delight in doing all my business with this store. Literally everything from feed to farm equipment to barn supplies...this store is amazing. Their free Neighbors delivery and customer rewards has me coming back again and again and again. And don't even mention their sales!!! Wowzer! I shop until I drop because they are priced perfect. Whoever is running the Naples store deserves a raise because they get the job done for us every time perfectly. read more

This store is horribly under stocked. I've been several times in the last few weeks and they do not have multiple things that could save the life of your livestock. People go to stores like these when there's no time to order stuff. They lack medicine, vitamins, milk, bottles, and much much more. These items are incredibly urgent and critical and they simply do not keep them stocked. It's unbelievable. It is ALWAYS like this, it's not supply issue, it's an ordering issue. read more

I tried to check with the Ace hardware and they didn't have the larger bolts that I needed. So I come out here to pick up a few heavy duty giant carriage head bolts washers and nuts to replace my rusted ones. I removed from a gooseneck pin To mount a 5th wheel truck bed connection. Since mine were going to be cut out or torqued out due to rust. The staff here knew what they on stock and suggested two other places of which were closed on Sunday. Sadly I passed and then ended up going to Lowe's last and they had everything I needed to my surprise. read more

First time in a Tractor Supply store. I was promptly greeted by the friendly staff by the door when I walked in. Store was clean. The team members there, Brett & Jodi, were so helpful assisting me with finding the right solution for my needs. And also helped my load up my truck. I could have stayed for another hour just chatting with these folks. They signed me up for the rewards program and I will 100% be back. Kudos to the whole team! read more

I come here at least 3 times a week for one thing or another. I bought my first chicks from here early 2019 which started my relationship with this store. It is a convenient resource for my farm and I choose this place over all other hardware and feed/supply stores. My issue is the staff. They are doing like a mass hire there and all the new people are clueless, far from helpful and sometimes have serious attitude problems. Hannah, is one of these people. She SCREAMS hello when you enter the front doors and other parts of unwanted conversation. I'm sure that I'm not the only person that frequents this store that doesn't really appreciate being screamed at. And I tell her every single time she does it "you don't have to scream at me". It never helps, she just does it anyway. She also made a comment about my 3 year old being "a brat" because he gets a toy truck when we come here. Absolutely had to control myself when remarks about my child were made. Rob, Brett?, and Ashley are beyond helpful and knowledgeable. They are really the only reason I keep coming here rather than using Rural King or Sutherland's. I'm contemplating driving to north Fort Myers to rid myself of the stress the newer staff here causes me. Please, PLEASE fix your employee standards!! Update: 12/15/19- even wor Yet another HORRID trip to this store due to another new employee snatching things out of my hand at checkout. Her name was Lisset and was just incredibly rude. I think I'll be taking my business to Sutherlands. I have never had an experience there comparable to what is almost constantly at Tractor Supply these days. 02/18/20 Finally reached the end of my rope. This store just lost THOUSANDS of dollars monthly. I'm fed up with getting papers snatched out of my hand, dealing with horrible attitudes, getting the weirdest greeting via screaming and the list goes on... I now make a 2 hour drive once a month to pick up ALL my feed and other necessities in one trip. Who ever is in charge of hiring the employees needs to wake up... This will be my last review for this store. I swore to my husband I am never setting foot in this location again. NEVER. So long and good riddance. read more
