My complaint is with their website. Their hours state they are open till 9pm. It does not indicate that during winter they close at 8pm. Manager at store said they've asked for the website to be updated and 'they' refused. read more

If you need propane it's in back of the store and if you pay by credit card you can pay right there at the propane pump. Great service with a very kind gentleman. Phill was my sales clerk. The pump is in the back of the store and you want to make sure to call when you get there to let them know you're in back because there is no Bell or buzzer to ring when you're back there at the gate. read more

Tractor Supply - Department Stores Near Me - Mesquite, Texas

Peter was a great employee there. He is fast and knowledgeable and was quick to help me find what I needed!

I had never heard of this store before, than we adopted a rescue. His foster home told us the rescue eat dog food from Tractor Supply Co. I agreed and said okay, but was really like what? Anyway came here a couple weeks back because needed some more dog food. As I walked in greater by the register lady, what genuine welcome. It looks kind of like Harbor Freight. Almost a third of the store seems like pet supplies, food, toys, bowls, leashes etc. the rest is tools and things I would expect to find in a store with this name. The store was cleans, service is excellent, everything I needed was stocked and the prices were good as well. I'd recommend this place for your pet food or just a pleasant walk around. read more

They never answer the phone! I sent an employee up there on a Monday to pickup something up. They were out of the product and said to check Thursday. I was wanting to call ahead to see if it's in stock now. After 15 phone calls with the phone ringing over 20 times each call, still no answer. They are usually rude at this store and I'll be shopping at other TC stores that are much further away so I don't have to be disappointed every time. I'm just trying to spend some money with them! ‍ read more

Thursday, 03/01/24 approx 09:30, Quite Elderly woman working the register rang up my stuff (too much to easily carry) and then made me bag it. She continued to complain about how difficult it was to use the stores bags. I told her I have had problems myself with opening bags so I asked her, since she was working the register would she not have better luck and experience with them than the customers. She said "No". I asked her as politely as possible, "Isn't it your job to bag our purchases?" She said, "NO" again. I told her I didn't believe her and was pretty sure it was her job. She said "I'm not doing that", and then again pointed to the hanging bags by her register and told me to take one if I wanted my things bagged. She continued to mumble complaints about the bags and how she told the company to get rid of them the entire time I fumbled with the store bags hanging by her register. I didn't even know how the bags came off the rack holding them together; Meanwhile customers stacked up at her register. I'm pretty sure this wasn't the way my experience here was supposed to go here this morning. read more

Love the new curb side pickup! It's so easy and the employees who bring it to my car have always been pleasant. Thanks TSC!!!!

I do like Tractor Supply stores. My complaint is with their online order system.....it is the WORST I have ever used. I have waited a month and a half for an order of Ortho Termite treatment concentrate. I ordered on August 19, and paid with PayPal. On August 24, I was notified by email that my order was "taking longer than expected". After that, nothing. I waited patiently, and finally called customer service on September 22. The very pleasant agent attempted to contact what turned out to be a third party vendor. Their number was disconnected. I was told that my order would be cancelled and I would be getting a refund. I re-ordered the item from Walmart, and had it the next day. Tractor Supply STILL hasn't released my PayPal hold. I've had 4 communications with customer service since September 22. As of October 6....still no cancellation/refund. The customer service agent said that she was trying to get a supervisor to approve it. Seriously? Rotten service, and miserable follow through on the part of their online order processing. Use at your own risk. read more

I like this store, but their customer service needs a bit more work. Last week we were looking for some hearing lamps for our puppies. Upon our arrival my husband was told by an employee that they didn't have the bulbs for the lamps. We had decided to buy the lamps anyway. I decided to ask another employee to double check in the back for the bulbs, he walked me over to the aisle and pointed out to me that they did in fact have the bulbs on the shelves. Today we went in looking for a carrier that that puppies will use as a make shift litter box. I asked the manager if they had the XL carrier in stock and she advised that what she had on the shelf was all she had. I then asked if she knew if any of the other locations had them, she replied that I would have to just call the locations and find out. I was able to find what I needed at another location. The manager must have been at the end of her shift because she walked out and left right after we did. I work in the customer service industry and their customer service is in need of an over haul. First off, don't guess as to what you have it don't have. Second, if you don't have it and your customer asks you to help them find it at least act like you give a dang. I will shop there again because if it's convenience. Hopefully their customer service improves. read more

The products are good and prices can be competitive. However customer service and some employees SUCK. If you try to purchase any items that need special ordering, go to the internet! Faster, more reliable and competent. I have tried to order items with Stacie at this store and she comes up with more excuses and reason why you can't order your part thru Tractor Supply. I had attempted to order a recycle kit for a cub cadet mower that would have allowed me to use a 10% discount tsc loyalty coupon. They are adaptive for all current models. She stated she needed the model year and serial number...looked it up at Home Depot web site, showed the row and bin...purchased it that day. It fit and works! This is a typical experience. If you do order from tsc be prepared to wait for weeks to get your item! If you get anything in this store that requires customer service, avoid it and find another store. They are incompetent and unhelpful. read more

The people who fill the propane are as lazy as they can be. I have gone to fill propane at this store several times only to be told the person who fills the propane is not here. A slight rain with no lightening they will not fill propane. I live in Mesquite and I go to Royce city or Greenville were they never let me down. This tractor supply hands down worse customer service I have ever seen. The manager must be a push over. Save your time as Nd go to another one. read more

I am a fan of the Tractor Supply Stores, however, finding someone to be very knowledgable and helpful is at times difficult. I try to go directly to a manager when I have a question or problem. read more

Went to check out and noticed item rang up wrong so the employee allen went to verify the priceso I went with him and when we looked at the item they had stocked it in the wrong location. The employee started to correct this mistake in front of me and when i questioned the price etc i was informed it was my responsibility to make sure they stock items in the right place and that it was not his problem that they had wrong items in wrong location as he started to correct this mistake in front of me. I hate to say it but when a employee say not his problem to customers then that company needs to relook at there priorities. I will no longer shop at any tractor supplys when i can get better treatment from fast food places. read more
