It's special, it's pricey. So go ahead, management, train the staff to be excellent salespeople and have them walk out your door with lots of product and glowing reviews. When I brought in my return, I asked if someone could assist me this time. They had a wonderful person spend several minutes helping me find jeans. Unfortunately, they turned out to be way too long. Neither of us thought about the fact that they dragged the floor in my flip flops. But when I return, I'm buying two pair, because I love these jeans! Like I said, a few (very few) good salespeople.
