I gave them 5 stars just because of their dog grooming station! I found it purely by accident, thought I'd give it a try. BOY! Am I glad I did! For $10 and change, they provided a nice, safe washing area providing all the shampoo, cream rinse, towels, combs, brushes I would need. The tub had a hose with fixture on it perfect for washing/rinsing. The water temperature was exactly right and you can adjust the force of the flow. Once washed and rinsed, there is a drying table with blow dryer. Once again, temp was perfect, force of air can be adjusted, and there are attachments for the length of hair your dog has. I don't have to spend $60/up anymore and know my dog is getting clean and dry because I'm doing it, and no clean-up afterwards at home! read more

I had a great experience with getting propane. Caleb was running the outside filling station, he educated, moved, filled my tank and loaded it onto the truck. TSC is a resource chain for farmers, hence the name Tractor Supply Company. However, they do carry pet supplies like dog and cat food and also live baby chickens (and supplies) during the spring. This is why I stopped in, though I didn't purchase any. Very clean and healthy set up in the store. They also have other livestock feed for horses, pigs, calf starter, and the like. It's also a good resource for garden seed and plants, but this location doesn't carry live plants outside. They actually had a few fruit trees inside, mostly cherry trees-maybe 4 foot tall? If you're looking to get your propane tanks and welding tanks refilled you can get that done here as well-right outside and to the right. The parking lot's very big and ideal for pickups with large trailers. They sell large tractor implements like pole drivers and post hole diggers, bush hogs, seeders, disc ploughs, etc. They also sell a few lawn mowers, but not many. read more

Because of my business I buy in bulk--a pallet of this and a pallet of that. I would think this would be the LEAST work for the employees as they just use a forklift to move the pallet around in their warehouse area and they also use the forklift to load the pallet on my truck. BUT the employees of Tractor Supply, two in particular--Angie, the Manager, and Tammy, the woman who drives the forklift to load the pallet onto my truck work together to make it almost IMPOSSIBLE to ever get the pallet of materials sent to their store!! Then after a month or a month and a half, when they finally get the pallet (they never submit the raincheck properly in the beginning even though I ASK if the raincheck was submitted--their standard answer is that they always have trouble getting that product in! So I finally call Tractor Supply Online who gets Wes on the phone at my local store and, poof, the raincheck is immediately submitted and the product is at the store in less than a week!) Then Angie decides to raise the price that she agreed to charge way back when the raincheck was supposed to be submitted in the first place! I truly believe these two people (Angie and Tammy) are actually TRYING to RUN CUSTOMERS OFF!! This particular Tractor Supply store rarely has any customers parked in their parking lot or in their store. I guess less sales then they have less work? As I understand it, that means the store will go out of business. I contacted the District Manager with zero results. I went to Rural King--a couple of minutes away--and purchased the items I wanted THAT DAY and was THANKED for being a customer! AND the price was almost less than half of what Tractor Supply charges AND I received a 5% discount by using my Rural King charge card!! No stress at Rural King! So for a place that is so well liked with 4.6 out of 5 stars on Google.com. I was very little impressed. I arrived to tractor supply to fill a 20lb propane tank. I was advised at that time by a very rude man, that they are not so-posed to be put in a enclosed place. So, no putting it behind the seat in the rear of my vehicle. He refused to refill at that point. Said, it was against the law to let me leave that way. (Never been told I can't put a tank behind my seat before. Even looked up the "law", cant find that either.) So, I shrugged that off at the time. I needed some chicken wire, and sheers. First off all their wire is located outside uncovered. The 4'x150' rolls of chicken wire that they had were not even chicken wire anymore they were rolls of rust. I guess someone broke the plastic open to look at it, or something. No one bothered to re-wrap them. COMPLETELY rusted all the way around. Well shit happens I guess right?.... So went inside found my long handle sheers , (nice Fiskars brand for 20 bucks). Went up front to pay for them. No one was up front manning the cash registrar. Waited 7 min for someone to show up. I was not going to chase employees around just to check out. So, I left the sheers on the counter, and walked out. I'll never be back. Rural King is less that 3 min away from this place, better prices on all the same items I needed, their items outside are covered, and there were multi-able people up front to check me out.
