I had 2 days left to administer the meds. On Monday i took pur puppy to the vet for his 8 week shots that she never had done as he was 9 weeks old. On Tuesday he fell ill. He was extremely tired barely drinking or eating. I messaged Tracie she explained itnwas the shots from the day prior and he would perk up in a few days. I trusted her! Well Wed morning he was near death. Vomiting and lifeless. I rushed him in to the Vet and was told by there positive testing he had Parvovirus. I was devastated 2 lb pup i just got 3 days prior was deathly ill. I admitted him right away and messaged the breeder to let her know. My vet told me the incubation period is 6-12 days. This pup never left her kennal until i got him. So where did he get parvo from? She blamed me, my vet said absolutely not. He also said if she is breeding dogs she is infested with Parvo! She cursed me out and had not one ounce of Sympathy!! I then posted on facebook warning others, to be amazed by all the messages i received from other buyers. Some who lost there pups. All parvo cases. She is currently being sued as well. Such a sick human being and i just want to warn other's. Please don't buy her puppies. There sick!!

We had the chance to see some of the current stallions such as Silver State, Blame, and War Front. It was so cool to see some of these majestic stallions right in front of us and even pet/feed a few! We of course had to pay our visit to the cemetery and see some of the legends. It's very apparent that Claiborne Farm loves their horses and cares for them deeply. It's a beautiful piece of property as well.

The foster was absolutely amazing. They are very thorough and some of the things they ask you to do/not to do are...a bit much. Our puppy wasn't neutered like it said he was online, but he's too young to be anyway. Overall, our first rescue experience was easy and pretty stress free. Our puppy is a handsome boy and I am so excited about the future with him!

Obviously we didnt adopt the dog in fear of the adopted dog spreading the tape worm and fleas to my other dogs. The foster mom was sweet and had the best intentions, but it sounds like this place is severly underfunded.... The woman that runs the place told me they didnt have the $10 for 40 of the dogs to eliminate the tape worms...
