service was awful. i purchased a pole saw chain front tractor supply on carriage house maybe 2weeks ago. mistakenly bought the chain 2inches longer than i needed it. but it was never used or pit on the pole saw. i returned to the store to get the right size but i didnt have my receipt. i was only swapping it out for the correct size, not returning it. i read the policy it stated at the manager discretion they would return . the manager richard(colored guy) . refused to swap the chain for the correct. wasnt and didnt seem to have a care in the world. i visited that store fir almost 2 decades. he had the right to exchange it but and didnt. i called to the neighbor tractor supply an told them about the issue with the chain. they told me to come with the old chain . i went to the store an they swapped out the pole chain with no problem.. the exact same thing that couldve been done at the carriage house location. i think they should observe the small afro manager very carefully. i no longer go to that store for that reason. thousands of dollars spent there. never again read more
