Woke up this morning to hearing a kitty meowing somewhere under my hood. I attempted to go to…read morefirestone autoshop where I was brushed off and they refused to help. This is when I called walmart auto and asked if they were able to help. When we got there a kind young man named Jacob walked up and was bound and determined to help us. After about 15 minutes of looking around the car he finally located the bushy tailed bright eyed kitten. Jacob was amazing and has said this was the second cat he has had to help out. He truly was a hero today and deserves the best. If you ever need help and hear a meow coming somewhere from your vehicle take it to this walmart and they will help you no matter how busy they are.

I don't recall noticing the store in disarray. Seemed pretty clean. My husband used the restroom here and he said they were ok. Not great but not terrible. But nothing could have prepared me for how terrible the Jackson, TN, store is. I've been there 3 times and will never go back. All three times here is what I observed: A mess! Clothes off the hangers in the floor, shoes off the shelves in the floor, socks and house shoes in the floor, the personal items area so mixed and unorganized it was difficult to just look around, much less find something specific. Household items department was worse. It looked like someone had stood at the end of the isle and threw things up in the air and if anything landed on shelves then it did, and when most didn't then it was fine with them. On top of this, the store is very dirty. The floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. And... they have a very small selection of items. I guess that is because they don't sell much, and I can see why with the condition of the store and the lack of customer service. Also, there were never many people there, including store employees. The employees who were there weren't about to offer any help, and when asked just pointed to a direction of where something would be "if they have it." And rude, I should definitely mention that they are rude!!!! I'm not kidding when I say that this is the worst store I've ever been in during my entire lifetime! I've never seen anything like it. I sincerely wish that Ross management would get this store cleaned up and in order because this is the closest Ross to me. I'd rather not drive to Nashville, but as of now, if I want to go to Ross I have to. BEWARE IF YOU INTEND TO SHOP THERE!!!

I went for the first time to that location last night to shop for a coat and will not ever go back. It was a complete waste of time. The selections were slim, the store was messy though there were few customers and the entire store smelled of weed The whole time I was in there. I couldn't tell if the weed smell was coming from customers or the employees. The multiple cashiers at the front checkout were horsing around, bent over laughing, loud, cutting up, chit-chatting... not waiting on customers. When my family and I were called up to check out, we stood at the# register we had been called up to and waited so long for the cashiers to calm down, stop playing around and someone actually come over to ring us up that I was ready to drop our 3 items in the floor right there and walk out. We never said anything, never batted an eye. stood waiting patiently. It was ridiculous how unprofessional the employees acted. I'm all for enjoying your job but when you are ignoring customers and having fun at the expense of customer service I think it goes a little too far. When an associate finally came over to us she was unfriendly. All that laughing and cutting up beforehand but then wouldn't smile or speak during the transaction. I thanked her when she gave me my receipt, she still didn't speak. Never smiled. We gladly left. This store needs to do better. I don't see how they'll stay in business, they certainly won't be getting mine again. I'm already telling my friends about my negative experience and not to bother going there.

I headed out the door and almost hurt myself as the basket locked up before I could get out. A worker told me the baskets lock up at the exit so you can't take them out. If my granddaughter hadn't been with me I would not have made it to the car with my stuff. If you go here, buy very little because they expect you to carry it all out yourself. Also, I went here to look for a nice coat. Nothing good here. Just another version of Ross, TJ Max and Marshall's but not as nice.
