I cried. Literally... cried when I left the store what will be my final visit to Grass Monkey after…read moreyesterday's visit. It has been a year since I last visited. Currently residing in Washington, DC, I do not visit home very often, but when I do I would zip right over to Grass Monkey to pick me up a brand new purse or browse their reasonably priced fashion jewelry. All of which are no more. Limited jewelry, limited purses... and now overpriced crap clothing. How do you go from selling awesome one of a kind purses to seeing a Made in China mass produced shirt for $40? How did that transition occur and why did I have to find out like this. Let me point out that if the quality of the merchandise wasn't terrible, I wouldn't be so upset here. It's not good anymore though. This change is for the worst and I am not returning.
