Recently, due to the closure of the Upper Marlboro location, I began shopping at the Brandywine location and for the first time ever after spending thousands of dollars over the years, I returned an item that cost less than $25. To my surprise, I was the subject of a profanity laced diatribe from a female owner of the store who excoriated me for making the wrong purchase which required her to a do what she called " a time consuming credit card refund". I began shopping at R&D Cross when the southern part of Upper Marlboro had one fast food restaurant and you saw store employees at church or the grocery store. That period has passed.
