When I visited I was still in the 'move in' phase at my apartment. That means I was constantly coming across things that I didn't have, or things that I had, but had no idea where they might be. Not big things, but essential things. Target has come through for me and I was able to grab some of the needed items while I stopped here. I may have also bought myself a few items that weren't warranted, but wanted. This store was clean and organized. It also appeared that they were well stocked with a variety of items. Overall, great experience here. Especially after using the self checkout, I was on my way.

Eating with plastic utensils and chopsticks was getting to be a bit too much. I ended up finding not just utensils while I was there. This location was rather well organized. Staff were helpful. I had to check on my rewards because it's been the same since April. I am now being told that I have to use my BJ's MC in order to get my rewards. I have been back and forth with them for a week. I get 5% back on my MC but I pay to get 2% back using the membership card and paying cash. This is such BS when you pay $110 a year to have rewards regardless and now they only want you to charge everything. This is not good business.

I tried the kids department twice and the womens department twice-- NO answer. JCPenney should not do catalog orders. This is only my second one. I didn't get my first order either. JCPenney as a whole needs to fix their inventory and logistics issues. You cant have people order and pay for stuff only yo cancel the order bc you dont have the inventory or show that a package has been delivered to one of your stores only for your employees to not be able to find it. While I'm not completely satisfied with the outcome, I do appreciate that my concerns were taken seriously and escalated to corporate in an effort to make changes. It's my understanding that some positive updates may be coming soon, which I'm glad to hear. As I mentioned previously, my concerns are not with the employees or the owner. This is still a great place to bring your dog for a wash. My main disappointment remains the loss of the programs and savings that were previously offered. That said, as a small business franchise under new ownership, I truly appreciate the responsiveness and follow-up.
