Today I happened to be in the area and was attracted by the very unique building front; so much so that I had to stop to explore the place. Filled with an extensive collection of antiques and vintage items like furniture, home decor, books, jewelry, old tools, statues, framed artworks, glassware, and unique collectables, the owner makes sure to go to auctions in search of one-of-a-kind items to make sure his shop is always full of something new for customers to see when they come in. The shop is usually open from 12noon to 5pm but sometimes you might find it closed because the owner had to go out to view some items being offered to him to acquire as merchandise for his antique shop. The shop has so many different kinds of items that some areas don't seem too organized and many of the items are not in the most perfect condition, but if you take the time to look around you might discover some real gems. The owner is very hospitable and friendly and if you talk to him about your collectable interests he might keep an eye out for items you might be interested in while out on his searches. Getting in contact with my representative was harder than it should be. They were not very professional to begin with. After placing the order, I hadn't heard anything for over a week. I checked back with my rep because I'm pretty sure they had forgotten we placed the order. Later that night, we got the proof of the order - which tells me that they had forgotten. The whole ordering process took three weeks, not the creation of the order, the actual process. When it was finally proofed, the work was sloppy. It was frustrating to have to check up on the company that is supposed to be providing a service to you. My representative seemed annoyed with getting in contact with me. They automatically changed our delivery status to pick-up, instead of being shipped. What if I wanted to ship out my order our offices out of state? They could have asked. When I went to pick up the order, I opened the door to their facility and just stood there for a few minutes. No one was at the front to greet customers, it wasn't very inviting, it was awkward. When the attendant came out from the back, they acted like I shouldn't be there, not welcoming. They didn't ask how they could help, they just looked at me. We would only order from Press Press Merch again because of the high quality product. If they change how the front of the house operates and the customer service of the sales team, we would consider returning.
