Animal Trax used to be Petarama. It was in a different town, but they always had the coolest animals there! I remember going as a kid and begging my parents for a ferret, an alligator, or something else I would never get. Then it moved, and its name changed, and I didn't go back again until i was 19. When I went back, it was always the wife there. She would ask how we were each time. Now, it's the husband that's always there, which is equally as fine. Since I usually go with a friend who worked at a pet shop, the owner/husband often talks about changes in laws in selling, permits, and the like. The store has a great selection of snakes (the guy does a lot of shows). And they actually care when an animal gets sick and take care of it properly. Most importantly, the animals are priced properly. It's a small store, so they don't inflate the prices of the animals because they have such a large number of animals (like Zoos does). If you're shopping for a pet, or looking for some feeders, make the trip out here. It's worth it.

He is now 6 months old and over 60 pounds, and the progress has been remarkable. Laura's techniques are clear, practical, and effective, and Hooper absolutely loves her.
